Our Gluten Free is 100% GLUTEN FREE, please do not provide false information on here which may affect other customer's considerations.

Our Gluten Free Dough Balls are regularly highly reviewed by customers with gluten intolerrence.

Whilst we also do provide a range of other gluten containing products we recommend customers always check the ingredient lists for allergy information. All of our allergens are highlighted in BOLD.

To clear up the facts regarding your timeline: our standard delivery terms clearly state that orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, which is exactly what we achieved here. Your order was not dispatched late.

Furthermore, we explicitly state that our dough will arrive defrosted. As tens of thousands of successful orders and thousands of highly satisfied customers prove every single week, our live dough is perfectly safe to be chilled or refrozen on receipt to use as required.

Arriving fully defrosted is entirely expected and normal for a live product, which is what our team was trying to reassure you of. While we understand you were nervous about the heatwave, throwing 24 premium, perfectly safe dough balls straight into the bin because they weren't ice-cold was an absolute waste of good food.

Our team reviewed your images and confirmed that the product was completely safe and usable, which is why a refund was correctly refused. We cannot absorb the cost when perfectly good, safe food is thrown away against our expert advice.

A 10-day delivery window is also miles outside of our standard operational timeline, and we are genuinely sorry that the box arrived well after you required it, especially on a scorching 28°C Friday while you were stuck at work. We absolutely take responsibility for our supply chain, and it is always frustrating when a courier doesn’t follow specific delivery instructions on the ground.

Because we are shipping fresh, perishable dough, tracking is everything. DPD sends out automated text and email updates—and their app is brilliant for push notifications—so you can track the box in real time. When a preference like "leave with a neighbour" is selected, if a neighbour isn't available, the driver will occasionally make the call to leave it in a safe place on the property, taking a confirmation photo which updates on your tracking link immediately.

We're sorry our initial automated response felt a bit clinical; it’s just designed to gather details quickly. We do monitor our courier performance closely, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so we can keep pushing for the best possible service on that final leg.

DPD are the best our there and the only courier that is approved for both Perishable products and time sensitive medication so we are really limited in who we can choose to use to deliver.

It is incredibly frustrating when a delivery goes wrong, but it is hardly our fault that the courier lost the parcel in transit, and we did act quickly to send a replacement out to you as soon as the issue was raised.
