Totally amazing customer service!
This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received! I don’t normally complete surveys but I just had to share how surprised I was with the response to my request. I was being very picky about my new grandson’s gift and they treated me like it was their most important issue and immediately sent me a replacement! Not only am I grateful but also look forward to continuing my business with Great Golf Memories!

The plaque is made of nice wood
The plaque is made of nice wood. The engraving looks good. There is a place for the hole in one ball. Unfortunately I lost that ball. And it has a place for the scorecard, which I found. Its just a nice product. Thank you!
