Although there was a small issue/discrepancy involving a discount offer, the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner, excellent customer service. As for the wine, I have to wait for reports from recipient :)

Simple, affordable, convenient
I've been ordering a case of my favourite white wine from the Great Wine Company every year for some years now. Surprisingly, the price has not gone up appreciably, and the entire process of ordering and doorstep delivery continues to be flawless. What's not to like?

Great service and very competitive prices
I was looking for a particular whisky and found it on the Great Wine Co website. Normal price elsewhere is £122 plus delivery. With 10% first order discount it cost me £78 with free delivery. I’ll be back!

Delivery by DPD was a nightmare
Delivery by DPD was a nightmare. They said they were delivering it on 3 or 4 occasions and didn't turn up. Now over a week later and still no delivery........

Thank you very much for your comments and very sorry to hear that the delivery was a long way from efficient. We consistently find that DPD perform very well but they are only as good as the driver on the day, and we are only as good as the courier we employ. The drivers on this occasion appear to have been delivering both early and late on different runs and it looks like they ran out of time on one of the delivery days. The tracking shows this was finally delivered on the 31st and we apologise that a simple delivery was strung out and caused you frustration. Please let us know if we can help further in regard to this delivery. We'd certainly hope that any subsequent delivery would be quicker than this one for you.
