Your delivery company lied saying I had altered the day for delivery shortly after they had been nearby but made no attempt to visit ( this was confirmed by your call handler ). I had therefore wasted a half day staying home .i have now changed back to a supplier with a reliable delivery. I’ve had no apology let alone recompense for the wasted time

Wonderful wine (Biferno Rosso), reasonably priced, and an efficient, very well packed delivery that exceeded expectations.

Excellent service - arrived within a couple of days, wine very well packaged - superb value for money for a case of 12 bottles. Lovely gift card with wording exactly as required . Highly Recommend

Great Wine did the usual excellent job of supplying very good and good value wine. They were however let down by DPD who failed to deliver the first order,
pretending they couldn’t get a signature, even though we were in when they allegedly called, no trace of them on the doorbell camera! They then sent the delivery back to Great Wine Co without even a second delivery attempt.
Great Wine Co arranged a second delivery which they sent by next day delivery. The wine arrived two days later and, looking at the tracking DPD had, again, allegedly tried to deliver on the first day, when we were in, and failed. This has now happened a few times with DPD who historically have always been first rate.

The wine is great but I didn't know when the parcel was coming.....

Excellent wines from this company which offers a reward scheme, plus regular wine offers and discounts on cases whether mixed or not. Importantly they have some outstanding quality wines at competitive prices and overall provide a very good service. As a loyal customer, I have found them to be equally loyal. Staff I have dealt with are highly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to contact.
