Delivery came with good tracking all parts included and packed well.

The customer service is great. I charged it up and then had a problem working a mr coffee one morning when we had no electricity. I emailed the customer service people and got a respond that day! When does that happen?

I needed a new cord to charge my portable power supply and on Amazon they wanted $50!! I went to Grecell instead and it cost me $12 with the shipping!!

Had a wonderful experience with the support team responding to a warranty issue with a 200W Solar Panel issue and replacing a lost A/C adapter (T1000). They need to be Honored and Recognized! Thank you.

I misplaced the power cords for the T1Pro 2200 and have been trying for 3 weeks just to get a new A/C power cord, to no avail and a poor ai responses (5 times now!) to a stupid simple request.
The T1 has horizontally oriented plugs as opposed to vertical like almost every other plug available.
No idea why they will not just send me the correct A/C plug.
I even ordered the T1 Pro 2200 plug from their website and they sent me the vertically oriented (wrong) plug.
IDK???
