Pains me a little to write this as we have regularly enjoyed the Greedy Pizza takeaway but they’ve changed their pizza base and this changes everything- I don’t think we’ll ever order again. The bases are now very thin, chewy and hard (a bit stale tasting) rather than the soft, doughy, wood-fired that we’d come to love from the Greedy Pizza. We came to you for the “authentic pizza” but you’ve lost this edge for us now.

2 hours late & food cold!
We’ve tried talking to the manager numerous times was told by member of staff answering the phone our food was only 10 mins away (several times)
Same Staff member telling us 3 delivery drivers phoned in sick this morning, therefore they shouldn’t be taking orders they couldn’t fulfill!!
Same Staff member wouldn’t tell us managers name to resolve and too busy to talk to us!!
Later found out manager was called Antonio and not by same staff member who refused to give his name because they can’t give out personal details??!!

Late delivery, ordered at 19:00. It estimated a 19:15 delivery. At 20:15 still no pizza. When I called them I was told it would be the next one out. Oddly enough , deliveroo was told it was out for delivery at 19:40.
This is the second time we have ordered from greedy pizza and both times have been a joke, when placing the order we were told it would be 1 hour, no problem, so after 1 and a half hours we called to be told, she spoke to the driver and hes 15mins away, lovely, really hungry now! After 2hours of waiting we called back to be told that it would be another 15mins and the driver hasn't even left yet, what a joke, she couldn't even remember telling us lies before. As you can imagine we were not pleased at being lied to and cancelled the order and was refunded. I understand that business may be busy, but if told the truth from the start.... We cant get to you for 2 hours!! no problem, I'll go elsewhere, DONT LIE TO PEOPLE AND KEEP THEM WAITING!!!!!!!!
Amazing food! Will definitely order again. Fresh ingredients made fresh. So much better than the national chains with prepackaged goods.
