Ignored once property is left.
Edit: in response to the reply this review has been made for the correct company. Unsure why my name wouldn’t be in file when I was a tenant from 2020-2023. Greenco were fine while I was a tenant. It’s now been 3 weeks since I left the property and all of my emails requesting my deposit have been ignored. I have sent multiple messages and each haven’t been graced with a reply.

AVOID! STAY AWAY!!
To cut the long and horrible experience short, the lettings manager Samantha Tejeda, who has a very bad attitude, wanted to take more than half of my deposit after 17 months of tenancy and prompt payment of rents. She wanted to take £450 out of my £865 deposit for "removals". This was after I had spent hundreds of pounds to get the house professionally cleaned because I wanted to leave something better than I met it.
What did you remove? A bookshelf. Who owns the bookshelf? Not sure, it's not ours. I proceeded to attach video evidence of when I moved in showing that the bookshelf in question was theirs and that I met it at the property.
She further claimed I left large items outside the property. I had informed the local council (who recycle large unwanted items) to pickup the items and passed on the information to Samantha on when the council would pick up the items. I also obtained email confirmation from the council that they removed all the large items on 31st Jan 2023 by 7:30am. With all the evidence Samantha still refused to release the remaining £450 of my deposit. I went to their office to talk things over, they won't call back nor respond as others have already mentioned. They want £450 for removing nothing that belongs to me?
I was not having any of it so I spoke to my solicitor who advised me that if I don't get my money back after the expiration of the statutory declaration period, within which they must respond to DPS with their own evidence, we will proceed to the matter to court.
I have my full deposit refunded to me. I wish the matter had gone to court, I would have made some thousands off them for the three months of stress, hassle, intolerance and sheer stupidity on their part.
My advice to anyone is if you don't want stress and hassle, and don't want a landlord agent to part with your deposit (as another reviewer had mentioned) for doing nothing wrong, then STAY CLEAR.

Viewed a property to rent was so…
Viewed a property to rent was so pleased with the property that we placed a holding deposit the next day,after Starting the refrence process everything went through no problem and the landlord had approved my application,within a week we had the keys in hand, would like to thank Lois for keeping me informed all the way through the process and Joel for making it happen very professional thanks guys, would definitely use greenco again.

From start to finish our application process for our first rented home was made easy and quick.
Within a week we had the keys and were all moved in. We had an issue with the cooker, and it was replaced the following week, brilliant. Thank you!

If you want to live in property with mould and wait a few months for the agency's response (we had to move for health reasons), you have chosen the perfect place. At the end of the contract, you'll still have to pay more than half of your deposit because the landlord will find a fault that doesn't exist. I definitely do not recommend!

AWFUL
AWFUL! DO NOT USE!
have been trying for 3 days calling repeatedly on the hour every hour to get through to ANYONE from their letting team to set up a viewing at a property, any time i do get through/transfers it is someone from a different department who cant deal with viewing/bookings & will forward my details on to the team (yet I never get any response). I call first thing when they open at 9am, then 10.30am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm & 4pm & 5.30pm. I've sent also multiple emails with no response & my Fiance has been calling them repeated to get through to anyone.
It resulted in me having to physically driving down to their office to speak to someone in person to TRY and get an appointment - where I am then greeted by 2 sullen worker who are of no help & then tell me the property has an application already in earlier this week - i inform them that their property website details are not updated & have been for weeks, also no one on the phone has gotten back to me or my partner to tell us that was the case - making us waste DAYS chasing them! They couldnt be bothered and didnt understand the distress they had caused & then only said oh we will put your name on the list with this hundreds others who have asked about it. Like if the property is under application already surely that is a moot point to do.
WILL AVOID ANY PROPERTIES BEINNG LET UNDER THIS AGENTS NAME DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I FEEL SORRY FOR ANY LANDLORDS USING THEM, AS THEY ARE MISSING OUT PROBABLY ON MULTIPLE VIEWINGS & OFFERS DUE TO THEIR TERRIBLE TEAM MANAGEMENT

Very horrible estate agent
Very horrible estate agent. Few days after completing their application form I have had to chase them via their telephone contact, email and WhatsApp without any response due to being left in the dark. For this reason I had to drive past their office to see if that can speed things up. I met someone by the name Joel who by the way is so horrible as a customer service provider. He is a young lad who seem full of himself. He had no explanation as to why they do not respond to customers enquiries or delays in progressing their application other than to say "the landlord lives in Hong-Kong ".They breached data protection Confidentiality. Joel provided false information about my income and later back tracked. He claimed he was going to reference the adults I said would be residing at the property with me but never did. He quickly progressed to sending out a mail that they will keep the "Holding deposit " which appear to be the target because I provided a misleading information. I asked him where on the completed application form was the misleading information, he just said it was during our conversation, how callous and cheeky way to not progress application on the 14th day of the start of the whole process to attempt to feast on your deposit. The company looks for avenue to feed off your deposit and their customer service is horrendous. I will not even advise my worst enemy to engage Greenco.
NB: To your response seen on 24/07/2023.
It is not enough to say you are sorry and that you have made changes without mentioning any plans to return the holding deposit your staff cunningly extorted from me.

A refreshingly positive experience
Well, that IS new and pleasantly unexpected - Greenco actually have time to call people back! They arranged a same-day viewing at a time that was convenient for me. The viewing was with Joe. He was on time and had an excellent manner, he was not at all pushy, brought my attention to things I wouldn't think of, and even knew which side of the building would be the quiet side (very important information for me). He was super helpful and I hope Greenco recognise him in some way for the amazing job he does.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. It’s my first time renting a property and I rang up to ask if I could view it and they gave me a time of 1:30pm on Friday. I didn’t receive any confirmation but as this was my first time viewing a property I didn’t think it was necessary, I thought wrong.
When I got to the property to view it I as waiting 10 minutes then rang to ask if someone was on their way to show me round, she said she would send a message to the agents and someone would call me back within 5 mins. I was waiting outside the property for 45mins, appalling!
I kept on ringing and the receptionist kept on telling me that she had sent a message, she would give me any other contact number and when I searched on google, every contact number was going through to her! Obviously this is frustrating on both parts but she didn’t really seem to care.
I emailed on the Friday and someone got back to me on Monday to say I’ve never booked a viewing to rent any of their property’s. I asked them by email to ring me as I’m not going through the receptionist and I’m still waiting now. Obviously their not ringing me but by the looks of the reviews they’ve done me a favour.
I would like to complain about how unprofessional and how this could put someone off in my position to going to view anymore property’s but I can’t find any contact details to do so. Absolutely awful company!

Coming from the middle East to work in Liverpool, it couldn't have been made easier then hearing about Greenco property Group from there good tenants,they replied within minutes to my requirements and set me a viewing at moorfields residence L2 and was shown around by Joel and to which was very clear and straight forward,then made an application and within days moved in and I've been living here for 5 months which I've enjoyed immensely,also have tremendous gratitude to maintenance staff who took great care to repair any breakages in the flat
