It's more that you use dpd to deliver…
It's more that you use dpd to deliver parcels. I work Monday to Friday so wasn't in. Instead of leaving with a neighbour they've left it at a shop which only opens office hours and i had a few days to collect it! So I guess I'll be paying delivery charges for my parcel which I won't receive. I do expect a refund so that I can buy elsewhere (someone who doesn't use dpd). Shame as I've bought from your company before and i like your quality

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely disappointed to receive a 1-star review, especially since you have had positive experiences with us before. We always do our best to ensure deliveries go smoothly, but there were no notes in your order mentioning that you are away during the day or requesting the parcel to be left with a neighbour.
DPD provides an option to set your delivery preferences, including a safe place or preferred neighbour, directly in the email they send you before delivery. If you had contacted us, we would have been happy to help resolve the issue free of charge.
It is frustrating to receive negative feedback for something outside our control, but we are always here to help if you need any support with future orders.
