Bought a laptop in October, it had stopped working in April, less than 6 months later. Must have only used it less than 20 times and had 2 programs on it. No internet use.
Spoke to them and they offered no real help. Apart from take it to a local PC repair shop, which I did.
So, to be fair they can’t expect me to recommend them to anyone. Which I will not.

Very fast delivery, conditin better than expected

This is the second laptop I've bought from GreenGreen Store, and so far it's working perfectly

Monitor was delivered as expected. No issue encounter so process of purchasing and receiving the item was good.
The monitor is yet to be used so can't comment or rate it at the moment.

I purchased an HP Fury a month ago and am very happy with it.

I'd been let down elsewhere for the same device but when it arrived, the specs weren't as advertised, so I phoned GreenGreen Store to check with them before purchasing this one, which was actually better and less expensive. The gentleman was very helpful and checked that it was as advertised. I ordered it, and it arrived a few days later via tracked delivery.

I've been using it for a month now and love it. I've experienced no issues and would definitely recommend GreenGreen Store to any of my friends for refurbished laptops.

The laptop itself was of excellent quality and very well priced. When I later needed some troubleshooting support, the follow-up correspondence was handled exceptionally well; the response was quick, detailed, and genuinely helpful.

Needed a refund for a large purchase. Michael came in person to collect on the same day, refund landed in account the week after. Very quick and helpful.

Easy, quick, laptop looks better than I thought it might and so far works just like it said it would. And for me most importantly the delivery came when it said it would I had trouble with another refurb PC company's delivery service, just never came when they said they would. Would recommend.

Ordered a B grade Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 9. It came quickly and was immaculate. I don't know how it was B grade. Couldn't be happier.

Delivery was very quick. They used more generous packaging than the original manufacturers packaging but also sent the original packaging. The laptop was as described and in immaculate condition. Very happy.

Bought a pretty much mint version of a powerful machine needed for future work purposes. Excellent customer service, replied to my questions even on a Sunday, laptop was sent via DPD by Tuesday @ 9.00AM., robustly packaged.

Quick and efficient service

Bought the laptop refurbished on the Sunday night. It was here by Tuesday. Asked for an upgrade to the laptop too.

Laptop works like a dream and any minor cosmetic damage to the laptop is unnoticeable to me. All previous detailed too so no surprises.

Price was very reasonable even with the upgrade.

I would definitely recommend.

Highly professional and reliable company with outstanding customer service. I recently bought a refurbished laptop, with two upgrades, from GreenGreen. The next working day my laptop was ready, and a courteous gentleman phoned me to discuss the delivery date. I then received a beautiful machine in condition which I cannot distinguish from brand new. The price was the best that I could find on any comparable model. I saved a fortune, the purchase was stress-free, my new laptop is top quality, and I'm delighted to recommend them.

After getting fed up with consumer level laptops that break just out of warranty, I opted to buy a refurbished professional grade machine from these guys. I have not been disappointed, the laptop was exactly as advertised. It was labelled grade ‘B’, the grading system was absolutely trustworthy; the laptop had a few very minor marks, less than I expected, and was spotlessly clean.
A great option to get a used high performance machine.
