Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Birmingham International Airport (BHX), located at Station Concourse, Ground Floor, Birmingham International train station, Birmingham, B40 1PA. On arrival at the airport, follow signs to the Air-Rail Link monorail and take it to Birmingham International train station. From the station, take the second set of escalators down to the ground floor, where the rental desk is on the left-hand side. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Fri 07:00–20:00; Sat 08:00–13:00; Sun 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 08:00–13:00.

I would have even given 5 stars if the time taken to release the security deposit had been reasonable. The 30-day wait is completely unjustified; in the past, it used to happen on the very same day.

We cannot establish the vehicle allocation or deposit status from the review. Great service. Fazal at Birmingham is always courteous and polite. Petito and the staff are always attentive, helpful and professional in all aspects of the experience. Can’t ask for more!
