Excellent product range and price. Very reliable.

Bought from this company for years. Disappointed with the counts on smoothie cups, on every order almost everytime ! Now im restricted from their website when I complain a second time, please check your counts

Very bad service. Guaranteed a delivery in time for a wedding which didn't come in time. Should have offered a resolution, perhaps they will in which case I will reconsider this review. Don't seem to answer their phone.

Greenpak supplies hard to contact as they do not pick the telephone up, I orderd 10" kraft bags, what arrived were 9.25" Kraft bags, not what was ordered. wanted or any use to me

Previously I have had a very good experience, maybe its just a bad time of day, I will see how they behave, I will re asses my rating in a week with either extra stars or removing giving them less depending on how my complaint is dealt with...

Everyone makes mistakes but what seperates the men from the cowboys is how they deal with the complaint

Seems they have blocked my number or refusing calls, not a good start called at 10.oo am and at 4.00 pm

I recieved a message from Greenpak looking to shift the blame, an even worse start saying they do no sell 9" bags

I do not recommend this company at the moment, things can change

PROMISED REFUND WOULD TAKE 3 - 5 DAYS, 6 DAYS LATER STILL NO MONEY REFUNDED

After shouting at them and showing I was unhappy my refund miraculously appeared, the fact is that they are drop shippers and the size of the bags is not them as they are not the manufactureres, they are a good compay

things have changed I recommend them with a caution, sloppy refund admin, deliveries are quick and fast

Just be careful when ordering. Received the oder confirmation email and an invoice without any contact details. I opted for a click and collect so ideally the order confirmation should state the address but it did not. I called the only number they have multiple times for an update on the order but no response. Glad I paid using Paypal so submitted a claim for a refund.

Further update After the Paypal refund request I got a call and was given a new number as the primary contact which they could list it on their website
