Great Service, very prompt and cheerful drivers

Easy to book online, instant confirmation. Best value of the ones I researched for Santiago, Chile.
Our flight was a bit delayed but the driver was there, at the airport with our name clearly printed on a board.
Courteous greeting, large roomy vehicle, plenty of passenger and luggage space, and rapid transfer to our hotel.
Our departure transfer collection was prompt and courteous.
We had the same driver for both transfers and he was really friendly and gave us useful information during the journey.
Overall excellent experience and would definitely recommend.

The first ride was perfect. The second time, there was no car to meet me at the airport. After waiting for 15 minutes I called to find out where the car was. Clear mistake by company, as my booking had the right flight details. A replacement car was sent. As with the first car, the car was spotless and comfortable and the driver was very professional. But a 45 minutes wait for what is an expensive service is totally unacceptable!

The driver was waiting with a name tag outside the arrival hall at the airport and after we spotted him, he took care of one of our bigger luggage.
But as we arrived to a very humid and hot destination after a night flight, complimentary bottles of water would have been a nice gesture. Otherwise, everything went smoothly: The car was clean and the air conditioning was working well and the driver was formal.

Used them for 6 people transfer in St Lucia - 1.25 hr drive across the island. A good price agreed before. Changed the time of pickup for return with no problem. Met on time with courteous helpful driver. Vehicle newer and therefore better than normal transfer van. Will use again if I can. Swift and effective. Just like it should be.

Unknown to me, during the journey my prescription sun glasses fell out of my hand luggage. When I realised they were missing, I asked the hotel receptionist to enquire with Greenpath to see if my glasses were in the vehicle. At best I was hoping they would be and I’d get them back in day or two. Considering it’s 45 min transfer time, when we went back to reception for an update two hours later we were amazed that the glasses were there. Our drivers next transfer was to our hotel and he’d found them under the back seats and returned them. Thank you.

I’m not a golfer but if you are and need to know about the Seychelles golf scene then Greenpath could be a bonus for you.

Horrible experience! The driver was not at the Kathmandu airport when we arrived. We waited 30 minutes and finally called. They claimed the driver was 'very' near. IN the meantime, several taxi touts claimed they were part of the company (they weren't). Ultimatley, after three phone calls, costing me US$15, a person arrived and put us in a standard taxi - advising us not to pay, only to tip when we arrived. However, when we got to the hotel, the taxi driver demanded to be paid claiming the company did not pay him. The hotel sorted everything out for us...but what a waste of time and money. A standard taxi back to the airport was 1/4 the price, was prompt and a better choice.

I use this company 2 times. I never ever go back. 1 Time the Driver did not show up in the airport. The Tlf no i had, did not work at all. i took a taxi .
This company gave me a Voucher for 100 Us. I spend it on a transfer in Brussel. Omg. The driver had a speed on 173 Km an hour, he talk in the mobilphone, and Sms too same time. i took pic of the speed, and told the company, but no respond at all. I glad im a live today
