Really friendly team left the job clean. Done professionally and looks really nice. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else

I have just had a Solaredge Inverter & battery installed along with 25 modules with optimisers on 2 roofs (shading issues).
It's an old property with pin tiles which is always a worry as they break easily. Special mention to Jacob & Lewis the roofing team, who did an exceptional job, treated the building with respect and care (not 1 tile was broken!). What grafters these guys are, they even offered to replace a couple of slipped tiles amazing customer service, they were both prepared to go the extra mile.
The Electrical team also so professional and meticulous in their installation and commissioning, and honestly open to the numerous questions I had lol.
The Office team open and friendly, even had Lee the director in the loft before the install, so it shows their commitment to get the job done right-- well done.
Only con is, and it's just an order delay for the SE HW diverter, but I should get that installed in a few weeks time.
Understandably a lot of solar equipment is becoming scarcer as demand rises, so why are you waiting? you wont go wrong using Green Pulse Energy. A very well run, honest and direct Company.

Important point, my installation was 75 miles from GPE base, it is north of Norwich centre and almost 2 hours drive away. I must have had 10 different companies visit for survey another 10 visited me by Google Earth lol. Most of these companies leave a lot to be desired and were soon crossed of the list. I am so glad I made the right call
But by far the most professional home visit for survey, was Green Pulse thx Dave.

I had Green Pulse install more panels and another battery.
The Installation went without a problem, however, after two weeks the inverter developed a fault, I has taken over a month to have the problem fixed, this was not the fault of Green Pulse.
The electrician John after four visits finally got the system working to my satisfaction. I can say he was an excellent worker, very conscientious and carried out a very neat job.

We've just celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the installation of our solar panels by Green Pulse Energy.
Green Pulse were very attentive and responsive during and after the installation process and we have been very satisfied with their work and service overall. In 2 years our panels have generated 10.8 megawatts and saved 2.1 tonnes of CO2. Brilliant!

Honest pre-sales advice. A good quality fit out by a nice team. Reassuring willingness to iron out a couple of minor post-fit snagging issues. Overall, very happy.

Recently had a 4kwh installation on our residential property in Chelmsford. Very pleased with the install. Have recommended to friends and family.

From survey, quote and installation Green Pulse were excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

The installers were excellent. They were on time, very pleasant and tidy workers.

Our only issue was with the battery. First of all they supplied the wrong size battery, but that was soon rectified.

The biggest issue was with making the battery work in a power cut. The salesman checked that the GivEnergy battery would work in a power cut, and it does. However, the communication between the sales team and installers failed. The installers were told that they should install a 3 pin plug which would allow us to run an extension cable in the event of a power cut. That wasn't what we ordered, nor paid for. In the end the work was completed correctly with a groundsman visiting the house and laying a very thick cable between the battery and house to enable the battery to power the property in the event of a power cut.

Despite this hiccup, I would still use Greenpulse again in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Just ensure everyone is on the same page.

Green Pulse Energy recently installed solar panels at our Cricket Club in Feering, Essex. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The whole installation was carried out very efficiently with a minimum of fuss. The installation team were extremely polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

The sales rep Ben fitted me in and did not try a hard sell but laid out clearly what solar panels could do and what was appropriate to my household and property. He provided extensive written material laying all this out in terms I could understand. The installation happened within the lead in time quoted despite my battery being fitted at a slightly later date. All the the fitters and electricians were polite efficient and amenable. Highly recommend

We recently had solar panels and a battery installed and GreenPulse Energy have been fantastic every step of the way. The adviser, Ben, was extremely knowledgable and had fantastic recommendations for how we could best achieve what we were looking for. The installation was a very neat job and we have been really pleased with the outcome. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels!

We have recently had a commercial installation of 148 panels and Green Pulse Energy gave us a 5 star service from start to finish.

From initial call and visit with Pete Spink, to the installation the engineers Dennis, Karl, Glenn and Jon were all excellent hard working and trustworthy and Julie and Jacqui's communications were first class highly recommend

I researched Green Pulse Energy who are a local company actively installing industrial and domestic renewable systems. This is why I chose them. From discussing options, explaining system operation and agreeing my needs prior to installation, everything was set out on a clear schedule. I had a solar battery storage system installed along with an iBoost for heating water as I already had solar panels at my property. I also had my panels cleaned and bird netting installed. Installation was completed with no problems by the team of skilled installers. The only part of the experience that was lacking was communication with the office. This was sometimes difficult due to not always being in contact with the same person when discussing the contract. This is I minor concern which I’m sure will improve. Overall I would recommend Green Pulse Energy

Overall a good experience with Green Pulse.
Initial contact and quotation process prompt and efficient. Site visit excellent and informative with good knowledge of the product. From placing the order to installation a smooth process in a reasonable time scale. Installation went well and pleased with the work done. My only criticism is that we would have appreciated some guidance and information on how to best use the system either from the installation team or a follow up site visit. This was eventually arranged when we had some issues several days later and all was explained. Very pleased with the quality and system installed (Giv Energy)

I have left it 6 months to write this review to make an informed assessment of the panel installation and after care service.

I initially had some minor issues - damage to exterior paving slab from scaffolding but this was addressed and replaced immediately.

If I had to be critical then I wish Pulse had explained SEG steps after installation. I lost all of summer to to resell unused electricity back to the grid.

Other than that I would recommend.

Great team, happy to deal with queries before, during and after installation. Turnaround response within 24 hours.

Hopefully soon, I would like to pursue the purchasing the batteries.

I called in Mid-August about getting my Solar Panel’s repair (not installed by them), a very nice lady said they were working with a 12-week appointment time, I said that was fine because I would be out of the country from Mid Sept to Mid Oct, she took all my detail and said they would be in contract. I decided to follow up on the 19th Sept and was again reassured they would be in touch when I returned in Oct.
Now when I call on the 24th Oct they just say sorry we are not doing any repair work currently, what a waste of my time thanks for nothing.
I now don’t believe they ever had any intention of doing my work, its seems unless you are going to spend thousands of pounds buying panels from them, they are not interested, despite what’s on their webpage.
Hopefully sometime in the future I will look at installing Panel’s on the next house I buy, I will ask them to come and quote, boot and other foot come to mind!!
