Order unprocessed for a week. No contact. I contacted them to find out what happened. Costomer service told me to contact them a second time. Then they canceled my order. Awful customer service.

Years ago my pharmacist recommended Green Roads and I have been using it ever since. It has become part of my daily routine to ease the pain, the muscle cramps, and helping me sleep. The shipping is always fast and my oils are carefully packed.

99% of the time you’re great
99% of the time you’re great. Quick response, great deals. The last shipment is something I didn’t order.
Since it’s CBD oil , I’ll keep it. Am just chalking it up to a mistake we all make every once in a while.

Here are some other things I think Green Roads is doing well: Excellent customer service, excellent communication from order placed to received, Recyclable shipping box that's not too large for the product, fast & free shipping, and great selection on CBD products!
