I recently purchased a product from Greenshop online but it was not fit for purpose. Unfortunately, when I tried to return it, I was told that their policy does not allow refunds for unused items. While I understand that businesses have policies in place, I believe this one is unnecessarily rigid and not customer-friendly.

It’s disappointing to see a lack of flexibility, especially when the product was in perfect condition and still in it's original packaging. I expected better support and understanding from a store that promotes sustainability and customer care.

I hope Greenshop online reconsiders this policy in the future to better accommodate genuine cases like mine. Consumers be cautious about shopping online.

I ordered a bath tab & paid on 3/7 guarantee will be shipped out on 15/7 then delayed again and again, understand due to “ Covid “ but asking a few times when will be shipped out? Says they don’t have stock in the country, the earliest notification will be on 3/8 ... so I request for refund take another week no reply, then go through PayPal, finally refund to me but they give me a message says: “ Gladly will refund, we have people who purchased on the 30th August allocation, we can give them your bath. Take care, thank you. “
What a childish message...🙄 do they even have stock ??? If you want your business to work, be honest to the customer ... easy and simple!!

Beställde produkt som enligt deras web sida fanns på lager, fick bekräftelse på ordern, sen avbryts den dagen efter utan förklaring om varför trots vi mailat och frågat. Har nu kollat på web sidan och ser produkten är slut, men då hade de kunnat upplysa om detta, riktigt usel hantering av info och kunder.
