I bought a green soul chair through amazon. Just after 4 months seat cousin flattened and metal below it started pinching. When raised complaint, they asked for money with no guarantee that seat cousin will not be flatten again. Poor quality chair

I had a very bad experience with Greensoul Engonomic chair

I had a very bad experience with Green Soul. Within just 3 months of use, the wheel and base of the chair broke, even though the product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Getting a resolution was another nightmare. After repeated follow-ups, the customer service team only sent the replacement part and asked me to fix it myself. I had to hire a local technician at my own cost to install it. On top of that, customer care representatives were not responsive and did not pick up calls.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying this product, as no other customer should have to face the inconvenience and frustration that I went through.

Don't buy anything from Green Soul

grievance against Green Soul for delivering a defective chair and failing to provide a refund despite repeated follow-ups.

Grievance Number: 8543812

Product details:
• Product: Green Soul Chair
• Purchase mode: Official Green Soul website
• Issue raised: Defective product
• Duration since complaint: Over 10 days with no resolution

Issues with the product:

1. The backrest tilt mechanism is extremely hard and uncomfortable, and after using the chair I started experiencing back pain.
2. The wheelbase is misaligned, making the chair unstable and unsafe.
3. The product was clearly defective at the time of delivery.

Despite reporting these issues promptly and sharing all required details, the customer support team has been delaying the resolution and wasting my time, without offering a proper solution or refund.

I have already informed the company that I wish to return the defective product and receive a full refund, as the chair is not usable and not worth the amount paid. However, there has been no positive response from their end.

Warranty Commitments Not Honored After Early Product Failure

I bought a renewed Green Soul chair and the armrest broke in less than ten days. When I reached out to support, the responses were slow, confusing, and kept shifting the goalpost. Even though their own warranty clearly lists the armrest as a covered functional part, they kept trying to deny the claim.
The product failing this quickly was already disappointing. The support experience made it worse. I expected a simple replacement for a clear defect, but instead I got excuses and circular replies.
I’m sharing this so others know what to expect when buying renewed products here. The chair wasn’t durable and the warranty support didn’t help.

Green soul is a scam!!!

Green soul is a scam!!!

Its just a product of marketing and have nothing to do with product design.

I bought there chair and its super uncomfortable, my knees started hurting within a few hours, it feels like these chairs are not designed as per the Indian body parameters. These chairs were a costly gamble for me which costed me 18,000 INR. I reached out to the costumer support the next day I got the chair assembled about any possible exchange. They simply told me that "now you have bought the chair its your loss". I realized, I simply fell for false online ratings.

So, if you have never actually sat on a green soul chair better not waste your money buying one.

They simply refuse to provide support…

They simply refuse to provide support for the product purchased from flipkart and ask to contact flipkart only. What is the point of buying Green soul chair as Flipkart provides Green soul’s customer number for any issue. Better go in offline market or go for any other brand rather than this pathetic one whose chair have issues in the very first day of purchase itself

Worse experience

Worse experience. Friction at every point.
I order a chair from greensoul. They didn't share the invoice and tracking details. After raising a support ticket they provided the information. Then their order got delayed by 1 week and then i received a broken product. On raising the concern they promised to replace the broken piece and took 2 more days only to come back with they don't have the piece in their inventory and they can proceed with refund. Order pick up got delayed by 2d and reached to them after 1 week. On receiving the product they stop responding to my queries and after waiting for an hour in their support call they only thing i got is to wait for 15d for the refund. I've still not got the refund.

Their flagship product Green Soul…

Their flagship product Green Soul Monster Ultimate Series T chair, has worn out after just 18-24 months, and the cushion started tearing apart. For the past year, I've been suffering from back pain whenever I sit long in this chair. The pain is clearly due to the badly worn-out foam and fabric. It has caused me to stop working, lie down, and take walks repeatedly. I realized this late after comparing it with other chairs and sitting long(and I experienced no back pain)

The worst? The customer care does not want to help! They keep sending delayed responses.

Pathetic service

I placed an order on 9th Dec 2023 and order was supposed to be delivered by 14th Dec. It is 17th Dec now and I haven't received my order nor there is any update by when I can get it. Customer support is pathetic. I wish I haven't placed the order.
