The rubber gasket fell off. I needed a replacement. The customer service was not helpful at all. They don't have replacement gaskets or lids. You need to buy a new bottle.

Stay away - zero interest once they have your money
Wish I had read the previous reviews as I have had exactly the same experience.
Repeated ignoring of emails, zero customer service and now I am left with a mug that cannot be used as intended.
Disgraceful behaviour and I recommend that you stay far, far away from this company.

I bought a kids bottle that arrived with patches of rust on the inside. I've emailed them four times over a couple of weeks and they haven't responded once. Avoid!

If I could go lower than one I would
If I could go lower than one I would. I cancel this order within five minutes of ordering. They told me it was too late to cancel. I refuse the package when it got here. It was confirmed that they received it back now. They won’t give me my money back and tell me they did not get the product. I have emailed and called many many many times nothing

I have ordered many items in the past…
I have ordered many items in the past but this last time my coffee mug arrived with a dent. I have reached out many times both by email and phone with no reply.
So much for warranty and refund. And of course they only list 5 star reviews. I sent in a 2 star review after reaching out. I will not buy anything ever again from this company.

Don’t reply to emails.
I bought my first tumbler from them and loved it so decided to buy another. When I did I accidentally ordered the same colour so I contacted them and asked for an exchange which they said was fine and sent me the details of how to return product. I returned the product. Since then nothing…. No refund no replacement. I have emailed them several times and contacted them via message service and had no response.
