Took them a few weeks to send me the video..
Right after I wrote a bad review and requested a refund they sent me my video! Although they didn’t reply to me after quite a few emails requesting a refund. When I received the video it was great, my mum loved it but wish it came earlier on her birthday! Wish I could give them 5 stars but could only give them 3 due to the delay + communication!

scammers dont blieve i paid for video on feburary 15 and now its feb 22 they didnt send any video i write them on mail , everywhere. they didnt answer me. DONT BLIEVE THEM they not gona send videos to you

They were wonderful! The video was put together timely and nicely. Their energy was fantastic and my uncle (who I got it for) loved it!

Several days after contacting customer service in regards to dissatisfied order without a reply, website claims revisions are possible but I guess they just ignore people long enough for the customers to just give up entirely most likely. Very dissapointed. Probably won't get a response seeing as it's already been 5 days now. Please don't advertise something and then not follow up on it, it's called false advertising. Not a great experience for a new customer. Risk free for 7days, but probably will respond to my message after seven days and say I am no longer eligible for a revision. Shady tactics.

The video was horrible it looked like a home made video. Their policy states if you do not like the video they would redo it, that’s a lie. I asked them to redo it and that never happened. Waste of my money.
