We recently had the misfortune to come across this muppet.
Needham was our Arrogant buyers legal representative he failed to communicate for over 3 weeks not answering any emails or phone calls made to him by our solicitor as agreed exchange date was less than a month away , he eventually woke up a week before exchange was due and stated some paperwork which he'd had for at least two whole weeks was not correct , he did however communicate with his mate at the Estate Agents KFH called Dunston and arranged behind our backs to exchange and complete on the same day...
Something never even considered by us nor his clients the buyers as we had 3 months to complete the sale with no chain.
Entirely irrelevant paperwork was requested by him relating to 5 years before we even owned the property.
If you want a stressful time to be made extremely stressful then use Needham who treats all clients and 3rd parties as mushrooms and refuses to acknowledge his many short comings especially communication.
I personally would rather use google for legal advise than this delusional fool.

Appalling. Work that should have been done was not, now at significant financial implication to us. They appeared to stop caring about their client experience many years ago, but with a triumph of hope over experience we stuck with them. What a mistake!

AVOID - completely incompetent and don't care about their clients
