I purchased the LED face mask from Gressi.ch and I am very satisfied with my experience.
The product arrived quickly, well packaged, and exactly as described. After just a few uses, I can already see an improvement in my skin — it looks brighter and more even.
The build quality is excellent, and the mask is very easy and comfortable to use. It truly feels like a premium product and is worth the investment.
I highly recommend Gressi.ch to anyone looking to improve their skincare routine and try LED technology at home. I will definitely order again.

Ich kann von dieser Marke nur dringend abraten.

Ich habe auf einer Beauty-Messe eine LED-Gesichtsmaske gekauft und war anfangs von der Präsentation überzeugt. Leider stellte sich nach dem Auspacken heraus, dass die Qualität absolut enttäuschend ist. Die Maske riecht extrem stark nach Chemie – nicht nur leicht, sondern so intensiv, dass sie beim Vorbeigehen unangenehm auffällt und bei mir sogar Unwohlsein verursacht.

Ein Produkt, das direkt im Gesicht getragen wird, sollte so etwas definitiv nicht haben. Eine Nutzung ist für mich komplett ausgeschlossen.

Noch enttäuschender ist der Kundenservice: Statt eine Rückgabe unkompliziert zu ermöglichen, wird man mit Standardantworten abgespeist und darauf verwiesen, das Produkt einfach „auslüften“ zu lassen. Auf das eigentliche Problem wird nicht ernsthaft eingegangen.

Für den Preis ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Die Qualität entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was vor Ort versprochen wurde.

Ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal kaufen und kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich vor dem Kauf gut zu informieren.

This company employs unsavoury sales practices. I would recommend avoiding buying anything from them in store, especially one of their pop-up stores. They have a no-returns policy on anything bought at a physical location. However, the charming sales assistant that talked me into buying a contura device at a pop-up shop in Frankfurt airport mentioned a 30 day returns policy but didn’t mention this only applies to online purchases ( I doubt she was aware of it). When returning home I realised I made an unwise impulse purchases but unlike any other company this one doesn’t allow a return even of an unopened product in original packaging. When contacting them they pointed out that the policy was printed on the receipt, but since I only received that after making the purchase, that didn’t make a difference. Had I been made aware prior to purchasing I would have give it another thought, considering the high price of the product.
