Amazing service I had a mistake when ordering I ordered the wrong size one email and 20 minutes later it was sorted and the size was fixed and 2 day later in was a my door you don’t get that service in many places or at all amazing and I wish yous all the best in the future with the business

Very quick to deliver, good quality my son loves his jacket is slim fit but the platinum grey shorts are too small but he is tall, sent the shorts back with a letter to exchange to a medium onyx and now have a reply will be with me soon,he and his friends will defo be getting more of the site,

Order arrived in 2 days. Great quality and sizing. I had a small issue with one item and the customer service was excellent, very quick response and was resolved with no fuss. Will be ordering again.

Ordered XS tracksuit with shorts and tee shirt for my son’s birthday. Slight mix up when delivered they had sent medium shorts and tracksuit bottoms. Once I emailed GRIID they responded straight away and sent a courier out to our house with correct size within hours. Outstanding customer service. Really impressive. Items ordered were really high quality. My son is delighted with the set. Will absolutely be a returning customer … highly recommend.
