Two emails sent and still no acknowledgement or confirmation as to if / how I can return item

Bought some socks to try out for my grandfather who needs gripped socks to stop him slipping, unfortunately they are too tight. I have requested a refund multiple times over a week via the website contact form and via the email address and had no response. Very disappointed.

Happy with 2 of the 4 pairs purchased, but incorrect order sent on the other 2 pairs - wrong product and size received. Sent emails to support address, but it’s been a week so far & no response.

Missing goods form order. If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. They only have an email, no telephone number to contact them. Paid for all items only delivered part of my order. Contacted them several times via email, no response at all since they took my money! Please avoid the company, their goods are expensive to be loosing money on underlived goods.

Ordered shin guards but the sizes on website are different to those delivered. Tried twice to email company to return item to get return address ( as per their policy). They simply do not reply, so you cannot return goods. Customer service is non existent.
Terrible company.

The only reason this is a one star review is because you have to give at least that! Absolutely awful company to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, don’t ever try to return any goods or attempt to contact them. Only way is their returns form, four times, no reply. Email address returns a not known, and no phone number available. Doesn’t even look if they respond to negative reviews looking at how many there are. Please steer clear.

Quick delivery and great product

Bought socks for my husband. The only company I could find with larger feet sizes. Delivered quite quickly, no trouble with ordering although lots of different colours seemed out of stock. I have ordered two more pairs. Very happy.

Items not received and cannot get in touch with the company for any details.

Ordered 2 pairs of their orange crew socks 1/9/25. I have now sent 7 emails and used their website contact form about returning these and still heard nothing back! Frustrating as there is no telephone contact and the form says they’ll get back to you in 48 hours!
