I recently bought some Grisport walking socks from a sports shop when on a weekend walking break in the Scottish borders. They were so comfortable that when I got home I ordered another four pairs directly from Grisports webpage. The online experience was great, no issues and with very quick delivery.
I have recommended Grisports product to Family, friends and to anyone reading this.

Prompt delivery, comfortable footware and great merino wool walking socks. These stay soft even after several washes.

Buyer beware. Ordered Argon shoes, which I like and find comfortable, with a free gift. The free gift wasn't as described being replaced with a cheaper option. Grisport customer services used childish emojis when responding to my queries then became defensive when i asked if they were taking the p!☆☆ You don't treat customers like that then expect them to return.

I have used Grisport several times to purchase their walking boots for myself and family and been very impressed with the quality of their products and speed of service.
I fancied a pair of walking shoes for the summer and came across the Grisport Ridgewalker I ordered them late on a Thursday and Saturday morning I was wearing them walking my dogs,how's that for service and delivery was free!
Anyone looking for a stylish walking shoes in a sensible brown colour can't go wrong with the Ridgewalker.

Easy to order from their website, good service ,fast delivery; been ordered 4 pair of different shoes, through the years from Grisport; they make good quality shoes; light weight as they claim and very comfortable on long walks with my dog ;as a bonus you get a free gift as well

Dopo poco più di ottanta escursioni trekking si è rotta la parte sopra dove si piega il piede. Questo in un anno e mezzo.

I bought a pair of Grisport Lady Hurricane boots in January 2024 after reading a Which? review. They arrived quickly and were comfortable straight from the box. Really pleased with them as they were very reasonably priced. However, I found them to be a bit slippery on wet surfaces especially on cobbles or algae covered paths. The grip has also started to wear quite a bit, despite the Vibram soles and even though the boots have not done as many miles as I’d expect boots to last. I hoped they would last me through the Pennine Way which I’m due to start this week but didn’t want to risk them failing part way so I’ve just ordered my second pair. I went for the same boots because they didn’t need wearing in last time. These are also very comfortable and I managed 14 miles on my first walk with no foot pain or blisters. Unfortunately they’ve almost doubled in price in 2 years and if I’d had time to wear boots in before starting the PW, I might have shopped around instead.
In short, great boots in that you really can wear them straight from the box, and fast delivery, but be careful on damp or mossy surfaces. I’d definitely recommend waxing them regularly as the leather can crack where boots naturally crease.

Good quality walking boots with the addition of a free gift. On this occasion I recieved a free pair of socks, a travel towel and spare laces worth £28.
After trying on various boots I couldn't find the right fit, my friend recommended this brand. They are the perfect size, I bought the wide fit.
The quality looks great...I'm looking forward to many miles of hiking with happy feet!

I've purchased 3 or 4 pairs of Grisport walking shoes over the past few years and can thoroughly recommend the Company for quality walking footwear, delivery as promised and the option to return any unsuitable item if necessary. I find their shoes are very comforable, robust, although I only walk in fairly easy terrain and at a price far lower then many other brands. I shal continue to buy Grisport products for as long as possible. Highly recommended

Just had my second pair of Grisport walking shoes delivered. I also have a pair of Grisport walking boots. This delivery (of Argon walking shoe) was acknowledged promptly and I was kept up to date with the stages of the ordering process and despatch. It arrived very quickly with a trusted and well known courier.
I am very happy with this purchase.

I have wide feet with a high arch and bridge and find it difficult to find footwear that fits comfortably. Ordered the wide fit Lady Terra walking boots and they fit perfectly! Lightweight, comfortable and look good.
Delivery was quick and it was easy to order on their website. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Ongeveer 1 jaar geleden wilde ik hier een e-bike kopen. De fiets stond buiten in een hokje en bleek bij het testen gewoon defect. Er zat nauwelijks ondersteuning op; feitelijk werkte alleen de tweede versnelling.

Voor een fiets van €400 mag je toch verwachten dat deze naar behoren functioneert. Dat was hier absoluut niet het geval.

Wat het nog vreemder maakt: toen ik hier later een opmerking over plaatste op Marktplaats, kreeg ík een melding dat ik “beleefder” moest communiceren. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een ondeugdelijk product, wordt de kritiek dus bij de klant neergelegd.

Niet reageren was het beste geweest, nú krijg u deze reactie😉
Al met al geen goede ervaring.

Deze melding blijft staat zolang de melding in mijn marktplaats blijft..staat 33 reacties met 5 sterren en 1 met 1 ster door de fietsenwinkel 😉

Bought a pair of the Crusader boots on positive reviews. After 2 years they have completely fallen apart. Leather upper has split at the crease point and where the leather upper is glued to the sole.
Definitely not what I would expect from a 2-year-old walking boot.
All I got when reporting this to customer services was the "12-month warrantee" chesnut.
Will not be using this company again. A waste of nearly £200.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service of Dutch importer.

After having used the shoes for only 2 days and only 5 km, the soles of both shoes were already torn.

When enquiring with the Dutch importer (Antar), I only got a reply "sorry, bad luck, the soles might have been dried out". How is this possible after a usage of 2 days?

Paying around 60 euros for using them for 5km equals 12 euro per kilometer. For that amount it is even cheaper to hire a private cab!

So one advise: never buy Grisport shoes: The quality is terrible and the importer won't help you with complaints.

Grisport peaklander boots comfortable boots that have wide toe box all good so far , have tried Merrell Salomon goretex etc without luck as they all leak after a few months but these are good and easy to keep dry clean and apply dubbin once In a while

Grisport boots are in my opinion fantastic value for money, my wife and I are on our 4th pair each. So I can really talk with experience, I've had a couple of issues along the way and the customer support team are amazing, all postage is paid in advance and the refunds are prompt. I always buy another pair once the problem is sorted. They are so very comfortable, supportive and wearable straight out of the box I've just done 4 miles in a brand new pair with absolutely no issues. Thank you Grisport

Uso le scarpe Grisport quotidianamente per camminare molto in città e devo dire che la differenza si sente. La tecnologia della suola ammortizza bene il passo, riducendo l’affaticamento a fine giornata. Esteticamente sono molto curate e la pelle utilizzata è di alta qualità. È raro trovare una scarpa così resistente che rimanga comunque così leggera ai piedi. Un acquisto di cui non mi pento affatto.
