Shipment arrived late. I’ve tried several pre rolls but they are weak and the weed looked like it was a grayish charred substance. Contacted Grooby for help, no response. Finally I got an email saying they were refunding my money but waited. Been a month….crickets.

Well I purchased Panama Red 🇵🇦 it was really nice cure, Bud structure, but the weight was off reach out to Grooby they reach back out easy peezy fixed the problem 👍 😀 will definitely be back oh also the acapulco gold 🔥 👍

I have been in and around the biz for many years...well educated in the field...the customer service and response time was awesome....then the product arrived...well packaged ....and of exceptional quality...better than I get at my medical dispensary.

There products are great. Legit company with absolute stellar customer service. I have ordered twice with them. Second order USPS messed up my delivery I contacted there customer service and they reached out to me within an hour or so stayed with me through all the ordeal and reshipped my order. This went on over a day as USPS messed up. Not Grooby’s fault. There Alcapulco Gold is great thier Panama Red is great. I am customer of this company for life. I turned my brother onto them as well. Thank you to the team at Grooby!

These guys are so good that I had a package to get lost in shipment. It was somehow status Ing in transit for a couple of weeks and after contacting Grooby they immediately fixed it and decided to just send me another package that is first class customer service. I could’ve gone into the US Postal Service and fill out forms and be asking questions and Grooby just took care of it. This was my second order the first one came without a problem. I look forward to the shipment as far as the product is concerned it is spot on and brought me back to my days in college in the 1970s. This is the real deal.

Great product, it works really well for .3% THC Hemp flower. Not sure how it works but their prerolls put me on the moon.

When I first started ordering from you, My joints in the twenty packs were full size, now all of a sudden they are half size, and I'm still paying the same amount. What the hell?
