Want nothing else to do with them! They sent me 3 heads in the space of 5 months at £20 a go! The whole thing broke before I could even change head!
Spent over £100 now (not my choice they just keep sending me heads even tho I cancelled the subscription I didn't know I signed up for)

Paid for an item and nearly a month later I have nothing to show for it.
Conflicting updates the whole way through, told it was ready, then delayed, then “delivered” when it wasn’t. No QR code, no parcel, no resolution.
Customer service has been absolutely diabolical and I’m still waiting for a full refund.
If you’re happy paying for something and getting nothing in return, this is the company for you. Otherwise, avoid.
The trouble started once my husband opened it Christmas Day and parts were missing.
Then two weeks after starting to use it the plastic coating started coming off. Then 3 days after that a blade heads fell off. Asked for a complete replacement they are not interested sending replacement parts and you have pay for delivery crap customer service. Save your hard earned money purchase another brand.
I bought this head shaver for my partner for Christmas 2023. It is the biggest load of rubbish ever, it hardly cuts anything without having to go over and over for ages. The cheap paint has all started to fall off leaving a glittery look all over the place. Waste of money, please don't buy this. It's February and he's given up on it already. It wasn't cheap either.
