Lightweight easy to handle and company support excellent
I am senior citizen, pushing 85 but like to do some work around the house. The weed trimmer.has become to. heavy and I was looking for a lighter one that I can handle. I have no skin. in the game. I am just a consumer, but this product is excellent and so many ways because it has wheels I can push it along with no problem. The battery life is 2 to 4 hours and but two batteries wonderful. The most important thing I feel is the company support. They have contacted me on several occasions when I had some questions and were more than what’s coming and answer and help I gave them five stars but today’s world they deserve 10.
If i could give them a NEGATIVE STAR
if i could give them a NEGATIVE STAR! I would! They are Horrible People!

Cheap crap - poorly made shoes that you can buy elsewhere for $10. I wanted to return them but there is no customer service.
The phone number on the website is fake and immediately disconnects. The address seems to be fake too. Called the company listed at the suite number at the listed address. Totally different company.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Shoes ordered June 10 received shipping notice 6-11. Tracking number invalid never showing any movement. Was told shoes shipped from Akron, OH warehouse. Credit card said they were coming from Canada. Spoke with grounded and their billing co multiple times. Supposed to get refund. As of July 1 no refund yet and tracking still indicates invalid.
Received refund 7-2. Package was NOT Delivered.

I requested a refund because the size was too small. I had a prompt reply from the company and I covered the cost to return.
These are NOT grounding shoes, even though company claims they are!
I found these shoes via a YouTube ad claiming that they are grounding shoes with "full-sole grounding technology" that will keep you connected with Earth's natural energy -for reference, the ad landed at [experiencegroundedfootwear dot com]
I emailed the company to ask about these claims and the response included this admission: "Grounded Footwear is not an electrical grounding shoe. Our name refers to natural movement, biomechanics, and feeling physically connected to the ground, not electrical conductivity or earthing technology."
Through that email thread, I said that these claims need to be changed because they were untrue, and the rep (whom I suspect to be an AI tool) replied: "You're absolutely right, and I appreciate you holding us accountable. I have already escalated your feedback to our marketing team to review the video and landing page for accuracy. Claims that are misleading or deceptive are not acceptable, and I'm sorry that you experienced that."
9 days later and that land page still is full of untrue claims...
Bottom line - don't buy these shoes if you want true grounding / Earthing shoes! They will NOT ground you!
I received three pairs today
I received three pairs today. They look and feel like water shows. I have sciatica pain and lower back pain. Within 10 minutes of wearing my new shoes, the pain started. Now my feet are killing me and I feel worse then before I received them. They have a thin soal and felt like walking in a hard floor with no support. I feel this was a bogus add I saw fir the shoes. They are rubber. I want to cut into the soal to see if there is copper but I doubt it. Not impressed and fingers crossed they will allow me to return them. Not happy at all!
Untrue advertisement- did not accept responsibility.
I ordered shoes after a Grounded Footwear add on YouTube claiming the shoes 'ground' and showed other 'grounding' shoes with copper disc as weak in comparison(I have a pair and recognized them). When I got them they are all rubber, I called in and wrote. They totally denied the grounding ability - I have videoed their add and still have it - they lied in the add, but they would not accept responsibility and I told me I have to wait for return info and I had to pay postage to return and get a refund, even though their 'add' was untrue.
Strong chemical odor & painful to walk on thin insole.
The shoes arrived 11 days after I ordered.
When I opened the package there was an unpleasant strong chemical smell. I had to leave them outside for a week for them to finish off-gassing! I then tried them on and they were very uncomfortable because they are so thin that you can feel the pattern of the sole that has holes in them. I checked their Return Policy and it states that they give a “full return” if you pay the cost of the return shipping.
I paid $185.31 for three pair which included $9.99 for shipping. They did not give me a full refund. They did not refund the $9.99 charged for shipping. So, I ended up paying a total of $26.44 just to try on some very stinky and painfully uncomfortable shoes!
These shoes are a game changer for the…
These shoes are a game changer for the over 60 crowd. I have had many of the bulky double cushioned etc. etc. walking shoes advertised They actually make you more likely to lose your balance these shoes do what their name says they keep you grounded. It takes a minute to get used to the difference in your gait, but after a bit, you’ll find your back issues are less your knee issues are less and your calve muscles are stronger. Don’t hesitate I grabbed 2 pair. I forgot to add my balance is markedly improved after 5 months and that customer service is beyond good !
incredible customer service / horrible shoes
To be honest I don’t know how these can be called shoes. They are like a pool shoe. These shoes claim to help in many ways. After receiving them there is no way they can do anything they claim. They are horrible, don’t waste your money. They offered me a 30% refund and I took it but it should have been more like 75% . With that being said the best part of this experience was their customer service people. . I would like to address once again the incredible customer service team this company has. I believe they have set standards that not another company could even come close to. I dealt with 2 people yesterday and these guys were so polite and willing to resolve issues in the most respectful way . They were amazing. Thank you guys !!
Be careful what you order!!
Ordered the shoes and received a confirmation. As I normally do, checked to see where and when the shoes are coming from and the correct address. The very odd thing is the website for the tracking is absolutely nonexistent. This was an instant red flag. Next emailed the company to clarify the order and its departure. They explained there was no way to determine if the item had left the warehouse. Second red flag. I then explained if I wasn’t notified of the package tracking information and its location by the end of the business day to cancel the order. Immediately I received an email from “Drake” stating the very same nonsense as before. This is NOT common business practice and screams boiler room high pressure tactics. Last red flag Numerous emails detailing the merits of a product that hasn’t arrived. This and a ebook that demonstrates the merits. At this point this is a firm scam and I will submit ALL correspondence to the Iowa Attorney General’s Office for action. I want All of my funds returned immediately. This is a scam
Did not order
Did not order. Can't wear shoes -broken tor
Why did package also come with knee braces.
Less than Honest
I placed an order on 4/29. 11 days later, still no delivery.
The website states specifically that customer's orders are shipped via UPS/USPS, with a typical arrival time of 3-5 business days.
On 4/6, I rec'd an email from their AI BOT, stating "You're order has landed". "Landed where, on the moon?" was my response, because there was no landing at my home. Also included in the BOT email was a tracking number, associated with "Amazon Shipping!"
If I wanted to be associated with Amazon, I'd have ordered from their site, and paid 50% less for these same shoes with FREE SHIPPING, than I paid by ordering directly from the Company Site, and paid $9.95 for them to ship the shoes to me using AMAZON SHIPPING!
On 4/10, I phoned Grounded Footwear Customer Service and was told the shipping was delayed all this time b/c the item I ordered has been "OUT OF STOCK".
During the 11 days of waiting for delivery, I've received 8 sales emails from this company. They seem to be able to send sales emails but are incapable of sending an email to advise of an item being "OUT OF STOCK"? How does a company expect to manage customer expectations this way?
Adding to the problem is the blatant misinformation regarding shipping.
Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that "AMAZON SHIPPING" is their carrier. UPS/USPS is the reference.
I've been told by their Customer Servive Team to now expect my order on Tuesday the 12th of May. The Amazon tracking number when tapped tells me delivery will be on Monday the 11th.
Moral of the story...
Discounts offered by less than honest companies are not worth the frustration.
While attempting to return the Grounded Footware shoes, I encountered a scam.
While attempting to return the Grounded Footware shoes I am dissatisfied with, the chat agent sent me to a Just Answer Software form that supposedly would give me technical help of some sort for $5. However, they attempted to charge me $43, twice. Furthermore, the Grounded Footware returns person did not contact me as promised. Attempting to get in touch with their customer service puts your queries into a loop, totally unusable.
I ordered 2 pairs of Grounded Footwear…
I ordered 2 pairs of Grounded Footwear as a gift and they just didn't fit right, but when I tried to return them in the original packaging and mailing bag, it was denied. If I could give zero stars I would.
These shoes are the cheapest shoes I…
These shoes are the cheapest shoes I could ever imagine. I bought a pair of black and a pair of white as I was going on vacation and wanted to switch between them. wearing these shoes feels like wearing socks on your feet. if you are in the least wet environment it soaks in through the bottom of the shoe. I was disappointed when I got them but figured I'd give them a try and they were exactly what they looked like,
I ordered a pair of their shoes
I ordered a pair of their shoes. It took a while to receive the product. When I did get the shoes they were too large. In addition, the quality was terrible. So, I contacted their returns department which seems to be run by an AI bot. At first, they asked if I'd take a 50% refund and keep the product. I said no that I would return them for a full refund. A second email cam back saying they would increase to a 75% refund. Again, I said no and that I wanted an address to send the product back. Their email answered giving me an address with a PO box in it and that they would only accept the package be sent by USPS. They obviously know that USPS does not deliver to a PO Box. So, I emailed tham again saying that I wanted another address to return to. They resent the same address. So, at this point, totally frustrated, I am opening a complaint with AMEX and asking them to refuse to pay the charge.
I had a full hip replacement in…
I had a full hip replacement in February 2026, I needed a wide comfortable shoe that protected my balance as I recover. Tried Grounded, the shipped quickly, are well made and ohhhh soooo comfortable. Keeps the feet in full contact with the ground. Balance is great. Ordered my regular size, true fit.
Not worth the money.
For starters, I would not consider these to be shoes. Slippers is a better word for them. They uppers are very light and the soles are quite thin.
They are comfortable, but not dura ble. After two months, the toe of the right slipper ripped out.
If you look at the reviews on their site, they are very favorable. But please note that you can't actually review them on their site. They are fake reviews.
