A really great experience overall. Kate was really good at helping me understand what Grove gallery does and how the investment works. I felt comfortable enough to buy a piece of art work through Kate and I don’t regret my decision at all. Kate has kept in touch throughout, much to my surprise and delight, even after the money was transferred over. That tiny worry I had that once I parted with my money I’d not hear from Kate or the Grove gallery quickly disappeared as Kate is in regular contact and even took it on herself to ensure my details were correct in their system for future reference. I am impressed by the level of customer service provided. Thank you for a smooth investment experience Kate. A true credit to Grove gallery :)

I had the pleasure of working with William Doolan as my Art Advisor at Grove Gallery, and I must say, his expertise has made my first art investment a truly delightful experience. William was incredibly patient and not at all pushy, which allowed me to make informed decisions at my own pace.

I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing my investment mature and yield good returns, and William's guidance instills confidence in its success. Additionally, I had the privilege of conversing with Leo, a Senior Client, who took the time to understand my preferences and needs.

While I'll reserve my final judgment until my first investment matures, I can confidently say that my experience with Grove Gallery, thanks to William and Leo, has been excellent so far. I was hugely impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the team at Grove Square are. During the initial stages the team spent time talking us through the different artists they represent and showing us the pieces available.
We ended up commissioning a piece as we had a particular idea in mind and were kept up to date of progress along the way. The service in both acquiring and selling the art has been really good whilst also resulting in decent returns. I have received informative advice & support about the whole process, thus putting me in a position to make the decision to invest in art but at no point have I been pressurised, quite the opposite actually.
My current financial circumstances were taken on board to receive a couple of differing pieces in style. Both were fully explained in detail regards the artist and expectations in terms of returns on my investment. I was allowed to make my own choice, again with no pressure at all.
I am delighted with my purchase and it was quite straight forward with being given the information I had received. The follow up service since my purchase has been superb enabling me to become more informed and to have a far greater understanding as to what is involved & why.
