We knew outbound could be an untapped channel for us but didn't have the bandwidth to build it out properly in-house. GrowthFlare came in, handled the whole thing; infrastructure, targeting, copy, all of it - and we started getting meetings with the right people faster than I expected. What stood out was how hands-off it was for us. They took the time to understand our business and who we were trying to reach, and the messaging actually felt like it came from us. The reporting was clear too, so we always knew what was going on without having to chase anyone down. Really glad we made the call to bring them on. If you're looking to add outbound as a channel but don't want to deal with the headache of figuring it all out yourself, these are the right people.

Could be better

GrowthFlare started off as a strong partner in lead generation and has been helpful in driving top-of-funnel for our business growth. They were continuously improving and hungry for constructive feedback. They at one point were providing strong value.

Unfortunately, things have changed. Low productivity and results, despite collaborative efforts, and an unfortunate shift to lack of accountability and attitude.

They may improve in the future with more reps.

Appreciate you sharing your experience - and it’s unfortunate we weren’t able to fully refine the system within the 30 days we were running campaigns together. What we’ve built works best with ongoing collaboration and feedback through iterative cycles, which allows us to continuously improve targeting and qualification. In this case, we weren’t able to establish that level of back-and-forth communication, which limited how much we could fine-tune the end result during the engagement.

Since then, we’ve updated our process to include bi-weekly check-in calls for clients who are less active on tools like Slack. This ensures we maintain strong alignment on targeting and qualification throughout the campaign, and it’s already proving to be a meaningful improvement in the few months since we've implemented it.

Locked in with FULL transparency

Aaron and his team have it locked in. They have experts touching every phase of the funnel. The thing I like most is that they are CONSTANTLY changing, updating, adjusting the campaigns. We receive constant feedback and insight - not just dashboard reports.
We have landed some solid meetings and have a lot of gold mine type prospects on-deck.
Excited to be working with these guys!
