Low bonus drop rates no matter the stake, I started off with 50ps and £1 bets had sessions where I’ve literally done £120 on £1 and if you ever do win you get about £18 on a bonus, I changed to 20ps and found I was winning more than what I would on £1 at around £30 this is ridiculous. I’ve never had a good time at this casino site every time I log in I hope to win back at least some of the money that was lost because how can one win £70 at a casino if he lost £200 the week before? That means he still lost £130. Unlike other casinos out there GRP do not take into consideration the actual net losses and wins meaning you’re always going to get the same odds, crap odds. I wish I never joined them those jackpots I see is what they’ve stolen from me there ain’t no £500 jackpot you’ve misled me to take my £500 to give to someone else, I signed up to Gamstop because I wanted to stop playing with crooks like these but like most Casinos regulated by the gambling commission and GamStop they do not honour their commitments, they should have blocked me from playing but they didn’t because they’re American and don’t care about UK Law but even if I can’t get my money back I’m going to make sure a formal complaint with the gambling commission and bank with my documentation showing evidence of my gamstop in place (ongoing from last year) and the extremely unfair gameplay so you at least are ordered a hefty fine which could cost 1000x what you have misled me into paying.

Didn't fulfil the 200fs offer. On sign-up there was an offer of wagering £20 every day for five days, get 200 free spins. These were never awarded, and when I chased, I was only given 40. Breach of ASA regs and more. Guess this is yet another one I'll be reporting!

As the other ryan said. They will drag KYC out and randomly block you. Based on my experience it's impossible to complete the new player every day for 5 days promo.

Update: still no joy with KYC. Apparently they need a full months bank statement that includes my deposit. Told them thats unacceptable and I’ll start a chargeback if it’s not fixed by Monday.

Incredibly tedious KYC policy, which they seem to abuse and lengthen out to delay paying customers out.
