Who did you call to comment? Why didn't you find the courier and contact our customer service when you didn't receive the goods? We are eager to solve the problem for you, but it is unreasonable for you to comment!
Horrible customer service
I recently purchased 6 canisters for 190$. When the package was lost or stolen the company refused to issue a replacement or a refund. I contacted the shipping company and they conducted an investigation and prove the shipment was lost. I provided this information to the company and they still refused to help. They took my money and I never received the package and they refused a refund. Do not do business with this company they are shady.

I purchased a regulator and canisters…
I purchased a regulator and canisters only received the canisters did not have any indication that the regulator would not be with the shipment I got on with a chat and they told me it was on back order if I would have known that I would have not purchased and I never got a response after I asked for a refund or would to replace it with canister and I would get the regulator elsewhere
