Finally found the one!
I have tried many other merchant services in the past, Gruvpay is the best, by far. Joel is someone you can trust to be straightforward and not sneak in any hidden fees. It is nice to know I can call with any questions and know I can trust what I am being told. I am very glad I made the switch!

Highly recommend Gruvpay to any business who is tired of their current processor/feels like their rates are questionable, or brand new businesses who require a bit of hand holding!
Joel at Gruvpay has been wonderful to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy (like many other merchant services reps we have gotten calls/visits from). He took the time to go over our previous merchant statements and pointed out exactly how we were getting ripped off & walked us through how to end that previous contract. He understood that it was our busy season and worked around our schedule to get everything set up as smoothly as possible. We had 0 down time, and the terminal was very easy to use, so it was a very seamless process. Once we were all set up he checked in with us the first few weeks to see how things were going. We have had absolutely zero issues with the terminal, connectivity, processing, etc. We highly recommend Gruvpay to any business who is tired of their current processor/feels like their rates are questionable, or brand new businesses who require a bit of hand holding!

Joel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, switching to Gruvpay was hassle free and the easiest transition.
Joel is always a call away if anything comes up with the credit card machine.
