This course caught my attention as it focuses on High Performance, holistic wellbeing, in-depth nutritional content and loads of business support. From the moment I started, the support from Brandon & Emma was phenomenal. I highly recommend this course!

The course content combines added in depth knowledge of the subjects with an added bonus of a personal tutor on hand to assist if and when required. Webanairs are weekly to refresh the topics or give you a head ups on your next phase. The knowledge that the tutor passes on to you is excellent. All this for the price of takeaway £19.20 per month, not only will you increase your knowledge of physical fitness and wellbeing but you will have the mindset in these difficult times to maintain a healthy lifestyle for yourself or even for a business venture. I'm so pleased I have embarked on this training which has been in my mind for a number of years. The support team are very friendly and the online structure is clear but with lots of detail and extra learning paths you can jump on and use for additional knowledge.
