very poor customer service!!!
I ordered from G-Star in December for a Christmas present. Unfortunately they use UPS as their courier which are the worst delivery provider in Ireland! Although it’s UPS issue I never received my order and only today 22nd January 6 weeks later I’m left with no order and only now issued a refund. What disappoints me from GStar is the really bad customer service. I contacted numerous times requesting for my order to be resent and not even a response. I went in today to reorder following refund and the product is no longer available. And they are still using UPS!!!! Very poor customer service

Ahead of the game
Ahead of the game. I adore this brand; they are one of the first companies to openly and proudly engage sexy environmentalist practices (a collection collaboration with Pharrell that used plastic bottles found in the ocean whirlpool dead zone) ... their denim has tons of tiny details and is designed to fit modern, bucking the stereotype that Eco is frumpy. I love what they stand for and that they don't shy away from talking about it in store and on their labels.
