Timing was good, and product is as expected.

I ordered an SDS Max scraper.
The person I spoke with over the phone prior to making the online purchase was informative.
Once the online purchase was made it was at my door two days later.
I have since used the scraper and found it to be of top quality.

Mini dumper has been a great help and back saver!! Doing our own landscaping and much of it on a slope....no more needing to wait for my hubby to help wheelbarrow up the hill. Love being independently productive.

So far , I am impressed with the build quality of this tool. I like that the shank tapers from the 'capture flat' all the way to the cutter head. This indicates smart engineering. All the others I saw, on Amazon and ebay, have sharp square transitions where the shank meets the cutter head on one end, and, the 'capture flat' at the other end. Sharp transitions indicate stress points.
It fits my TR style electric jack hammer perfectly. I gave it a brief trial run on some frozen ground , and it worked just fine.I buried the head and got it stuck.Had to rock it side to side in order to break it free.
The real trial, though, will come next summer when I will be trenching several hundred feet of tough sod.

Got a hole drill and picked the wrong shaft by mistake and they swapped it out fast and free. Tool works awsome, cut through the three layers of my wall with no issues.

Got my product, it was high quality. Excellent pricing.
