DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for an electric motorcycle for my sons birthday which they said was in stock locally in Sydney.
Next day I got shipping information from CHINA and paypal account as "Promise Homes and Services".
There was a procession of shipping details all the way to delivered but no package!! After contacting Australia Post I found the package with the correct tracking number had been delivered to a business near me. Not my actual address that I had supplied. I visited the business and they gave me an envelope addressed to them that was empty! It's taken just shy of a month to find this out.
They have ignored all e-mails and contact via their chat app. The only time I got a response was when I questioned their poor ratings. They guys name is Mark Demian.

Purchased an e bike through Gtbike, order never arrived, tracking number was conveniently deleted after 4 weeks of no delivery . No response or any communication was received from seller. Total scam! Loss of $1400

Scam website for sure. Ordered the q20 e-bike for my sons birthday and just seems to be sitting in delivery limbo, as others have mentioned using sypost tracking, which seems to be part of the scam. Australian phone number is not connected. Have lodged a dispute with commbank to try and get the money back. Bunch of c*nts.

Ordered an ridstar q20 for my son for his birthday. Sent multiple emails and no response, just sat in a random location for ages with no sign of movement. Waited for about 3-4 weeks and no sign of delivery .

I got scammed for $1350 I tried buying their ridstar q20 pro and after a few weeks of it just sitting in china, it never got delivered and I got ghosted by the seller

I placed an order on this website, but due to a problem, I requested a cancellation and a refund. The process took an unreasonable 3-4 weeks to complete. During this time, my repeated attempts to contact the company were deliberately ignored. To my frustration, the refund was then issued as a store credit, not as cash. I was forced to use this credit to place a new order. Today, the tracking status for my new order showed "delivered," but the item was never received. I have confirmed with others in online reviews that the company uses a fake delivery service called "sypost" to falsely mark orders as complete. The tracking information shows the package is located in Dongguan, China. I am absolutely furious about this fraudulent activity. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I am determined to fight this until the very end.

ordered 29th aug 2025 reseached a lil site looked legit no reports of issues with company made a purchase of the V29 bike - awaited deliver suposed arrived via chineses courier syntrack then handed off to ARX once through customs have video survailence no delivery at the timeslot the claimed the delivery arrived/ made no complienc e or messages and phonecalls were immediatly engaged email registered to the business is diffrent to the site listed with paypal
