Instructor is very professional and very much polite and tried to each and everything to make us understand and explain it in detailed.

They have a lot of instructors that are really good with training and my experience there was the best.

very good helpful forklift training

I needed to renew my Counterbalance and Reach Truck Licence, and I immediately thought of booking with GTR since they were the ones that trained me to get my Pivot Steer (Flexi/Bendi) in September last year. It was quick and GTR sorted me out in a week (from the booking to having the licence) and it's ITSSAR/Npors accredited, which makes it advantageous for Employers to check if a driver received proper training. It was good to refresh some of the theory, and to notice some 'bad' habits I acquired along the years. I'm really grateful to Sukvinder, my instructor that day, for making me reflect on how important it is to be observant and look out for my fellow workers. At the end of the refresher course, I was reminded that if I ever have any queries or just need some information, that I can always count on them.
And for that I'm grateful.
