I called to inquire about having maintenance service done on my condo AC/Heat pump units. I also needed to have filters replaced which had deteriorated quite badly. Finding the right filters proved to be a challenge. GTS kept me updated on their progress and worked with me to eventually find what we needed.
We set a date for the service and on the morning of the service I realized that due to an urgent repair necessary for our condo garage, we would have no access which meant parking was full in our parking lot. I called to let GTS know about the issue and we decided that postponing would be better. There was no issue about me calling same day to change.
On the day of the service the serviceman arrived right on time, was careful and considerate and asked if I would like help returning furniture that I had moved myself in preparation.
From start to finish I was very impressed with the service I received and have already talked about it to others.
