gtworld.de sind wohl 2 Paar Schuhe obwohl die doch zusammengehören?!
Ich habe bei GT World.de bestellt und bin super zufrieden! Absender war komischerweise GT World of Beauty.
Montagabend, nach 19 Uhr bestellt und am Mittwochmittag erhalten! Keine 48 Stunden, das ist mal ein Service; sogar mit Sendungsverfolgung von DHL.
Ware ist einwandfrei und ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bestellen.
Einiger Kritikpunkt: Kein Neukunden Rabatt für die Erstbestellung und Proben waren auch nicht dabei.

This is a criminal company!
One year ago (yes, ONE YEAR) I placed an order with this FRAUDULENT company.
After many weeks waiting, the order didn't arrive, while all the products I ordered where in stock...
So, I've sent a clear email (IN TWO LANGUAGES ...) Explaining EVERYTHING. But there came no reaction what so ever.
After that (about 4 weeks later) I contacted them by phone... Explained it all AGAIN and they PROMISED to ship everything THE DAY AFTER... this didn't happen at all.
I even filed a complain with the authorities, but AGAIN no reaction in ANY WAY, shape or form.
It makes you wonder doesn't it...
As I already said... Now, ONE YEAR LATER still nothing...
I didn't receive ANY answer, response or let be ANY SING of my order or my money..
THIS IS THEFT, THIS IS A CRIMINAL COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Wollte gerne eine besondere Bodylotion bestellen, aber anscheinend gibt es keine Möglichkeit per Klarna zu zahlen , obwohl das groß auf der Webseite aufgeführt wird. Schade, dann eben nicht.
Edit: Tried a few months later, worked fine. maybe the problem was on klarna's side that day. Hope the order arrives in time and ok.

Worst online shop I have ever used
Worst online shop I have ever used. I called them after i didnt get any information from them.First excuse after payment from them was that my address was not correct, which is not true, second excuse then came that they are yet to receive payment and now the third excuse is that what I ordered is not available anymore In their shops. Am yet to receive a refund even though they claim to refund, still haven't received any refund. Competency is Zero. Never ever going to shop from them again. Bad experience. Zero point for me.

Mit ist es noch nie passiert, aber hier bin ich richtig reingefallen. Das Produkt kam aus China, ich kann sie nur nach dort zurückschicken. Die Sendung würde ca. genauso viel kosten, wie das Produkt. Die Telefonnummer, die angegeben ist, existiert nicht. Die Emails werden von einem automatischen Mailsystem bearbeitet. Nie wieder! Lasst die Finger davon! Eigentlich müsste man den Fall einem Rechtsanwalt übergeben.

Positiv überrascht
Ich war etwas unsicher ob ich bestellen soll wegen den vielen schlechten Bewertungen. Zum Glück habe ich trotzdem bestellt und die Lieferung war super schnell und alle Produkte waren dabei. Es war nichts kaputt oder ähnliches. Habe an einem Sonntag Abend bestellt und am Dienstag war es da! Also kann den negativen Bewertungen hier nicht zustimmen!

Gworld is horrible. Just horrible online
Horrible is what these people are. It took 3weeks before i got my domestic order (came incomplete) and they claimed the post returned back to them 3 times because i wasn’t home which is a blatant lie as i am always home since i work remotely and received dozens of deliveries within that period except these people. Moreover in the event i’m not home DHL always leaves a notice to pick up from their office and i have never had an encounter where my delivery was returned to sender except with these guys. They never bothered to notify me of anything and i would have to always call check. I’m still waiting for a refund they promised for the missing order still nothing. Other horrible details of my experience i haven’t added to this review. I’m only glad it wasn’t an expensive order but if you can’t trust someone with little things, why would i ever trust them again. Never ever shopping online here again thats for sure.

Von 7 bestellten Produkten, habe ich 4 falsche bekommen und die ich nicht brauche… keine geht am Telefon dran und es gibt keine Rücksand Etikette. Finger weg von diesen Laden. Nie wieder!!
2. Update: Ich hab falsche Produkte zurück gegeben und nach 6 Wochen immer noch nicht das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen!! Einfach ein Betrug… bitte Leute glaubt an die Reviews!
