Guardian Opiniones

We wanted the front widows replaced due to deterioration over many years. A lot of companies would not give a firm price -Guardian did! They explained the work and materials carefully and quoted a decent price. Guardian promptly got the job! (we did not have to endure a salesman trying to push credit sales onto us,though it was available.)
The work was started within a reasonable time frame.
the fitters were great - neat, careful and sensitive to our wishes as the work progressed . In less than two days the job was complete, trimmed off and everything tidied up
The standard of the windows and the fitting was first class! Worth checking out this firm.

Lockdown windows that seemed to take forever. Not all jobs go well. I think you can often judge a company by how they deal with mistakes. Firstly I was clearly dramatically under quoted for the work. This after a number of survey visits become even more obvious. However true to there word Imran and his dedicated team did not once ask for more money. Lindsay is a credit to the firm with regular communication throughout the many delays. There where mistakes on the job too a miss measure created an extra challenge for the team. Was it a perfect experience no. Would I recommend this company absolutely! The end result is uncompromisingly good. My job was most definitely a financial loss to the business. It was completed to the highest of standards despite this.

We have recently had a new Supalite Roof in our existing conservatory and had the walls plastered. Imran came to our home and showed us examples of the materials that they would be using he then went on to give us a realistic quote. The customer service from Lyndsey was excellent she kept us updated on the progress of the tradesmen. The tradesmen were all very efficient and friendly and left the conservatory tidy each evening. Gary and I are really pleased with the finished product which has turned a conservatory into another room in the house. We have already noticed that the conservatory is warmer in the winter.

We would definitely recommend Guardian Home Improvements.

We had several quotations to have our conservatory glass roof replaced with a permanent roof. Whilst Guardian weren’t the cheapest, the standard and professionalism is second to none. Imran demonstrated the product beforehand and measured up.
From that moment we were regularly contacted by Lyndsey on every occasion to keep us informed as to the progress. Whilst there were a couple of delays due to covid regulations and installers isolating, everything went smoothly. The end result was examined by Imran prior to the final payment. The room has been transformed, and it is like having an additional room at the same temperature as the rest of the house. We would recommend this company to anyone.

We sought four quotes to replace the glass roof on our 6x2.5 meter conservatory with a lightweight roof and the outstanding company was Guardian Home Improvements of Stockton. At the initial meeting detailed measurements were taken and a computer aided drawing produced showing the expected finished roof with samples shown of the roofing materials. The new roof was precision manufactured and installed with close attention to detail both inside and out. A professional job from start to finish.

Dear Imran, Ray and I would like to thank you and your team most sincerely for your excellent work replacing the roof on our conservatory. Your planning for each stage was excellent and it all came together smoothly and quickly. Everyone in your team without exception was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and tidied up at the end of each day. We also appreciated your visits to check that all was going well. We are delighted with the final result. Lyndsey did a great job keeping us informed of progress. Thank you very much to you and your team for a great job .
Yours Sincerely,
Ray and Maureen Bates

Very reliable and good company, done a great job with my window and French doors, very competitive price wise, efficent and good workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had our full house windows replaced and two composite doors from Guardian, there was a slight delay with doors to the windows but the office kept us fully updated throughout the whole process. Lovely fitting team nothing was too much of a problem for them, really happy it’s completely changed the look of our home and we also found there quotation very reasonable. So thank you again all at Guardian

Very pleased with the work done by Guardian! The staff are very helpful, and the guys themselves that came out were very friendly and checked with us throughout how we'd like things doing. Had full FSG and new external windows and doors fitted

Used them twice now and I'd use them again for any work we'd need done

We experienced a professional standard from planning to final build All the tradesmen involved carried out a good standard of workmanship
Communication was very good throughout
We have been very satisfied with the overall experience
and would recommend this company

From start to finish Guardian provided a 1st class service.
Pricing process was painless, professional service with no fuss and an excellent price.
Fitting was again so professional, fitters explained they're plans and went about they're work with the minimal amount of disruption, unbelievably tidy with a very nice finish.
Overall was very impressed with Guardian, would I use them again, the answer is without hesitation YES.

Just had our Supalite Roof installed from Guardian Home Improvements, from having the first gentleman out who gave us a quote we found was not pushy and didn't change prices etc this was a big thing for us as we have had bad experiences in the past. A week later we got in contact to say we wished to go ahead, we then had our survey a few days later and was given an installation date for 6 weeks later, this date then changed by 4 days due to a job running over before us. We did not mind as they kept us informed every step of the way. The fitters were brilliant worked really well and were very polite. The inside roof was then plastered and our spot lights installed, the full turn around from start to finish was 10 days. Would recommend this company if you are thinking of having your conservatory upgraded. 10 out 10 Thank you Guardian

This company gave a good and realistic quote to replace our conservatory roof with a super light one.The team that came were efficient and had the roof watertight on the first day, everything went as planned apart from a small holdup with the electricians.
Overall the job was done very well and l am completely satisfied

Thankyou to Guardian for a lovely new sun room adapted from our old conservatory. The chaps involved worked well despite bad weather and covid restrictions.

Just had 8 windows replaced in my house and I'm really impressed with every aspect of their service. Due to covid, installation was a little delayed but I was kept fully informed and updated throughout the whole process. The installation itself went so smoothly even given the snowy weather. The installers worked hard and left no mess and were very careful about good covid practices. Would thoroughly recommend Guardian.

We were kept fully informed about progress of our order throughout the manufacturer by Guardians pleasant and efficient staff. The installation was faultless, Fast, efficient and very professional, no mess whatsoever. The doors are excellent quality and loo beautiful. Many thanks for an excellent service
