High turn over on staff and students
The turn over on staff and students says a lot about this place. Many parents have taken or planning on taking their children out of this place because of how poorly it's run. Guidepost is focused only on enrollment, not children's growth. My child would beg me not to take her her every morning. Changed to a new daycare and she's very happy now.

Like many schools, there are times when teams experience transitions, and we recognize that periods of change can impact families’ experiences.
