Quality of advice gives GA the edge
Emailed GA asking their thoughts on a Tele neck pickup I was considering given that it would be paired with a stacked PAF in the bridge. Their in-depth response showed that they had carefully considered and understood my enquiry. This convinced me to make the purchase and their opinions on how the pickup combination would sound proved to be spot on; in fact the guitar actually sounds better than I ever hoped, perfect for the style of music discussed in the email exchange.

Ordered a guitar neck on the Monday and never received it untill the following Wednesday when i was hoping and assumed i would receive it the previous Thursday. Very bad communication from the company.
However, once the neck did finally arrive I was very happy. Really nice quality neck and looks great on my guitar body. So 5 stars fir that. Just need to sort your customer service.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, we really appreciate it, and I’m glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the neck now that it’s arrived.
Just to clarify the timeline, your order was placed on Monday and delivered the following Monday, rather than Wednesday, according to the courier tracking. The neck was shipped on a 48-hour service, however all of our necks go through final inspection and prep by our in-house luthier before dispatch. During busier periods this can add a couple of working days before the parcel leaves us, which is what happened in this case.
As soon as you got in touch on the Thursday, we replied straight away to explain the delay and confirm dispatch, and we stayed in contact once the courier had the parcel in hand. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when tracking doesn’t update as expected, and we’re sorry that the experience didn’t feel as smooth as it should have.
We do take the point on communication onboard and we’re actively working on making dispatch expectations clearer up front, especially on hand-prepped items like necks.
Thanks again for your order and for the honest feedback, and we’re genuinely pleased the neck is working well on your build.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We do sell guitar strings, however this particular order was for a set of Bone and Abalone guitar bridge pins, rather than strings.
Because of that, the feedback about faded or dull strings doesn’t appear to match the item purchased from us. It’s possible the review may have been intended for a different order or supplier.

The gloss black Telecaster style body looks excellent, but the Wenge neck is fantastic. The grain is very tight and the wood a good dark tone.
