I’ve put together a lot of models and by far this one was the best. I especially liked being able to install the motors as I was building it, it makes it better so you don’t have to take some apart to do that after the build is done. The instructions were very good. I did have to figure out your system but once I did it went well. I would like to build more but at a lower price, it gets expensive.

You're right to be annoyed — a package going to the wrong address is a delivery failure, and even when the courier makes the mistake, we chose the courier. So it's ours to fix.

I have bought two of your model cars, namely; Kervtte, and Bugatti. I have just finished assembling the Kervtte and I think you want to have some comments from your customers.
The price maybe was fairly acceptable for the amount of pieces and work on design.
The manual is only about 90% from perfect since some of the pages do not show very clearly the pieces that need to be assembled due to the perspective view of the model part. The light blue color indicating the already completed elements was a good idea however due to lack of color of some elements, it may be confusing at times.
The color of the pieces is good in general, different type of links can be identified properly that way.
The most negative part of the car in general, was the weak and fragile adjustment between links which render the finishing unpleasant, and detracting from the assembly work which is fairly good.
The complete number of elements speaks of some quality oversight on your part, which should be also dedicated to the better and more precise cohesion of the elements which will make a better finished product.
The suspension of the car does not seem to be well designed since it does not work as it should.
Some parts of the body like the doors do not keep their place due to lack of precision.
The engine does not need to be completed with parts which are not essential to their purpose. The “looks” seem to be exaggerated.
In general the time required to assemble the car is fair with the price since the assembly is the only best part of dedicating the time to do it. I do not feel like recommending the product without some advice to expect a better finish in general.
Not withstanding any of the above detracting factors, I congratulate the efforts to offer these product at a fair price.

Thank you for this. It's the most detailed feedback we've received, and you clearly put real time into it — the build and the review. That deserves a proper answer, not a template.
You're right about the manual: some perspective views don't show the connections clearly enough, and the light-blue marking for completed sections loses its purpose where the contrast is missing. Both are going to our production team as specific items.
The connection tightness is the one we take most seriously. A finished model should feel solid — doors that stay in place, suspension that works as designed. When the fit doesn't hold, it undermines the hours you put in, and we understand why that decided your rating.

The packaging is terrible I started building using the instructions opened bag 1, the very first task is to join 2 pieces no joining pegs in bag one I eventually found them in bag 15!, next task need different pegs they are in bag 14, still assembling parts from bag 1 there are more pegs in bag 12. When fitting the steering wheel there is a badge sticker instruction say no.2 it is actually no. 32, just very poor quality control

You're right on both counts. Hunting for pegs across fifteen bags on step one is frustrating, and a sticker labelled 2 that's actually 32 shouldn't have made it past quality control. We're sending both issues to our production team — the bag sequencing and the manual — so they get fixed for the next run.
