Ordered on a Wednesday afternoon put the wrong ffl sent an email with the one I wanted to change it to it shipped a couple hours later to the right ffl and i picked it up Friday

Bought multiple rifles from Gunprime and from their website recently, 12/2021. Website is easy to use ..All rifle came in as described, shipping and everything is fast and swift. tracking is given once the item is shipped !great company that I will recommend and would do buisness with.

Ordered a brick of 556 62 grain PTAC ammo. Shipped very promptly 3 day delivery. Best price I could find. Would repeat order

Purchased a new pistol from them. Though there were a couple of issues with the firearm, it was not of Gun Prime's doing. As soon as I contacted them, they put me in touch with the manufacturer, FN America, who is in the process of rectifying the issue.

Gun Prime sold me exactly what they said, zmand were lightning fast with resolving a problem. I look forward to buying more weapons from Gun Prime, because in this day and age finding honest and trust worthy businesses to deal with seems to be getting harder all the time. Gun Prime is both of those!

I have purchased a few firearms from Gunprime. First the con: Did send a check that was cashed and the order was delayed and had to send the a copy of the cashed check but was able to get it rectified and the gun sent very quickly.
The pros are: 1) their pricing is competitive; 2) they have a pretty good selection. I have found firearms that are hard to find; 3) shipping is reasonable and 4) they don’t charge sales tax which when combined with shipping and transfer fee sometimes puts a $75-100 premium from other sites.

Great prices and prompt shipping. They answer the phone and provide execellent customer service. I have purchased through several other online stores, Gunprime is now my #1 choice for all my firearms.

GunPrime was easy to purchase from. They have a wonderful selection which would fill the needs of anyone looking to purchase any type of firearm. They have a fast and efficient inventory display, payment, and checkout processes. Their item pricing is on-par with many other sites, and their shipping prices are wonderful, and fair. The item arrived in perfect condition, with no issues to the box, or any of its contents. No scratches, dents, dings, or scuffs. Their website is current, and easy to use. Navigating thru all the pages is easy and simplistic. Their accounts and past purchases section is easy to read and understand, with all the information being on one page, and not hidden behind different sections or links. They ship directly to your FFL with no issues. Selecting my preferred FFL was easy and I couldn't ask for a more simplistic process. I would recommend GunPrime, again.

I’ve ordered several firearms will no problems. After reading reviews I believe I will use a different vendor before I do have these issues. Will not order from a vendor that doesn’t back their products 100%

I found a pistol that absolutely no one had. The price was great. I ordered at 615 on Thursday night and my pistol arrived at my dealer on Monday Morning. Next time a need a firearm they will be the first place I check!

I ordered an x95 Tavor on Jan 19 and it was delivered Jan 26, all the way to the Pacific NW from Alabama AMAZING!!!!. You guys are the best. I was so pleased that I ordered a Henry rifle last night and it is already in transit. They are my #1 go to for gun purchases. Customer service is rare these days but these guys show no shortage in that dept. I will spread the good word. Again Thanx Bob

Terrible customer service! Placed order on in stock item. After showing ready to ship for a week I finally got someone to answer the phone and he told me they cant find the gun. Must have sold it in the retail store. I place my order AFTER the retail store closed and it said ready to ship the next morning. They never called, never emailed. A week later and 13 phone calls I got someone to answer the phone. No Apology! They cancelled my order and are refunding my CC.

These clowns took my order 7 days ago and then send me an email no reason no explanation nothing just said we're canceling your order and your money is on his way back. Poor service to take your money and then out of the blue just cancel your order no reason or anyting I seriously would not order from them when there are so many other companies

I ordered a gun($868) on Sep 13, 2020 and mailed a USPS Money Order on Sep 14, 2020. I waited 1 week to verify if they received the check and could not get phone calls answered or messages returned. After another week I sent an email then some days later someone responded that Gunprime had not received the check yet for the order. I opened an investigation with USPS and on Oct 22, 2020 was informed that the check was cashed by Gunprime on Sep 18, 2020. I am "SO UPSET", now I have to wait to see how long they will send my money back! Gunprime can keep their inventory. Their internal operations doesn't seem to be communicating effectively. Employees that don't follow through with their job sabotages the business relations with it's customers. Gunprime is a risk to do business with for me.

Paid $602.99 for my gun. They put the wrong name on the box so I couldn’t pick it up when I got there. So I told them to send it back after calling them for weeks with no response. Emailed them over and over again even had one person disrespect me in an email. Took 10 months to get my refund back and only got $450 back

Not only did they have the best price on a hard-to-find pistol, they communicated each time there was something to report (your order has shipped, your order is out for delivery, etc.). I would order from them again.
