It is ridiculous how long they take to finish processing orders.

Ordered a pair of slippers but preferred colour unavailable. Contacted customer service who were exceptional helpful and prioritised replacement and dispatch.

Several years ago while on vacation in England I bought a pair of fingerless mitts from this company that have held up. And recently decided to treat myself to the shearling leather trimmed cap.
It arrived beautifully packaged and included a handwritten note from the craftswoman that made it. A genuinely nice touch. I love it and so do several of my coworkers who watched closely as I opened the package. It’s YUMMY and I’m positive it will hold up for many years to come.
