Several boxes containing valuable items went missing during my move with GMoves Ltd. The company refused to resolve or compensate, so I am pursuing legal action. Not recommended.

George and the team were absolutely fantastic - really efficient and friendly and their prices are unbeatably good value. They made what is usually an incredibly stressful process simple and were really understanding about all the usual hiccups that happen on a moving day. Thank you very much for such a smooth move and for all your hard work.

This was our second move with Gmoves, and both times have been a breeze thanks to them! So helpful, always on time, really efficient, pack everything really carefully & and always so friendly. Would never move with anyone else!

Unfortunately I cannot put 10 stars , I feel 5 stars outta 5 dont do the team justice , from the person on WhatsApp handling my query (I know myself I can b a pain constantly messaging chopping n changing i apologise 🙏😅) but 2 lads arrived today bang on time or a little earlier (absolutely fine wiv me 💪) from the get go , polite friendly quicker than a rabbit across the fields running from a dog 🏃‍♂️💨 there was no issues or complaints from them (when boxing n bagging bits n asking them to load up) i cant remember both their names (im useless wiv names 😬) but both lads careful wiv items , efficient again super fast , polite n respectful from the get go as iv said 💪 nobody likes moving house so firstly credit too the team for making it their business thats some graft n hardwork 🔥 2ndly if i have too move again , i wont b looking anywhere else than Gwent Removals for the help 🙌 solid team ov hard workers n by far the best in my opinion company n team in the field ov work they do 👌 if anyone is having doubts , bin those doubts off , get the deposit paid n let the stress ov moving b taken care ov by all at Gwent Removals best choice too make n you will NOT regret making the decision like I did 💪 overall a solid 10/5 stars definitely recommend 🙌 thanks again all 💯😁 very much appreciated

I recently used GW for a move across London - George was really flexible and attentive when organising, and Khush (driver) was lovely. The entire move was a breeze thanks to their service.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier move! The 2 gents who came were extremely friendly, extremely helpful and were SO speedy! I was so shocked at how quick and efficient they were! They made the move feel easy and I cannot be more grateful! The communication before was all so easy and relaxed, it made what was until this point very stressful, wonderfully stress free! Hi, before booking them request all insurances in place as doubt they have any, move was ok but check if nothing damaged before paying because if any issues then will be completely ignored.

I had a number of items I needed moving from Birmingham to London that I couldn't move via the train. I found GW removals online and had a great experience start to finish. The quote was one of best I received, the service was easy to book and there was great communication from booking to completion of the job.
I cannot thank George and his team enough. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

After G Moves moved me in to my third storey flat with zero complaints back in 2022, I knew I’d use them again for my move today. Their pricing is good in comparison to other services I researched and today they were brilliant - arrived five minutes early, came in and got the job done within my three hour slot. Great service, made moving virtually stress free!

Antony and Leon were amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time, were courteous and protected all our furniture on the move. We had two flights of stairs to our flat with narrow entrance ways, and the pair made it look easy. The price was totally reasonable and better than competitors we found. Thank you!!

Great service, punctual, friendly and patience. I did have a few questions before the move and George was great. The team even helped me with a couple of DIY jobs. Highly recommend.

It has been 10 months since we used this company. The first van arrived 3 hours late on moving day & I would advise everyone using the company to robustly check & record all items out and all items delivered. We are missing a large canteen of silver cutlery and subsequently realise that an IBM X series laptop also missing after the move. I have frequently communicated with the company to get these items back with no results. It makes us wonder what else we haven't noticed is missing. Avoid or be very alert.

Hard working team who did a big job for us within 3 hours, there was a lot to do. Super size Luton van used and George was very patient as it took us a while to get our move date confirmed.

Staff were very helpful and patient with my circumstances and the movers that came to load and unload my things were polite, helpful and quick. Would definitely use this service or recommend!
