After reading some of these reviews 2 months ago , I almost didnt order. I am SO happy I gave GB a shot! They have name brand/designer clothing and they shoot items at ya fast! I even upped my subscription from 2 items at a time to 5. Most of the clothing is like new. You also have the option to buy and I have bought several very nice pieces. I give them 5 stars for promptness and keeping my wardrobe trendy. I do wish they had more bottoms in a size 14P and new shoes for purchase. They dont have accessories and maybe that is something they can keep in mind perhaps for the future or selling new shoes and handbags ? Absolutely LOVE their service. Best thing I ever did ! Thanks GB !

And let it be remembered that during the COVID19 pandemic, they did nothing to accommodate their members. No pauses. No discounts. You cancel, you lose your account, points, pricing, etc.

I cannot believe that I received not a…

I cannot believe that I received not a single communication from the company when I hadn't placed and order ever- I didn't think I had a membership and no one even contacted me or emailed me anything about a membership.

It's a lot of money for terrible customer service.

I'm sick about it

Hi Michelle - Our customer service team has replied directly with a follow-up. We're a recurring service, so the subscription renews monthly. If no items are added to your Gwynnie Bee closet for shipping, you won't receive boxes while the membership is active. Since you've not used the membership and canceled today, we have submitted a refund for all of the charges. Once the refund is processed, it should appear in your account in 3-4 business days, depending on your card issuer. Please respond to the customer service email if there's anything else you need.

Happy customer.

I've been a member for several years now. I really enjoy getting new clothes to wear each week. Generally the clothes are in great condition, occasionally they seem a little too worn but for the most part great condition. A couple of times I've had problems with items that are delivered and customer service has been helpful in resolving the issues.

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes not to so much

Clothes smell bad lately. Styles are too old looking. Takes too long sometimes to receive items and customer service department makes promises that dont hold up.

9-23-20 I’m paying for two garments and have only been receiving 1. I’m so mad at this service. Been a long time customer.

10-1-20 they never own up to mistakes or try to compensate you. Always excuses.

Hi - Our customer service team has written you directly, but we wanted to follow up here as well. It is unacceptable by our standards that you received smelly garments in your recent boxes. We hand-inspect all the garments before they are shipped and any garment with such a quality issue should not have been sent. If possible, please do share the names of the garments via email so that we can flag them to our quality assurance team. They will be taking all the necessary actions to avoid such an incident in the future.

As far as number of items for exchanging, the number of garments in a shipment depends upon the number of slots that you have available. For example - if you have two garments in your possession and you have return notified only one of them, the next shipment would contain one garment only. Also, you can have a maximum of 4 garments reflecting in your At-Home section at a time. If you already have 3 garments and you have return notified all of them, your next shipment would contain one garment only.

As far as delays, we do see that you have some shipments that were beyond our standard turnaround time. This is usually due to high demand of the specific items you're closeting, and inventory availability. While our ability to prepare and ship our members' orders has not been impacted by COVID-19, inventory availability and our ability to access inventory has changed, for the time being. We have new styles launching weekly, and we suggest for faster turnaround to closet from those new items weekly. This will help with processing times.

Really enjoy the service, the clothes are awesome. I've only ever gotten a damaged piece once. Otherwise everything fits, is clean, excellent quality. Service is timely.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Gwynnie Bee and…

I've thoroughly enjoyed Gwynnie Bee and plan to continue using this service for ages. I love that I get to try gorgeous outfits that I might otherwise not have access to (either financially or because the stores aren't in my area). Plus, if something is a perfect fit, I can earn rewards and get a discount! My coworkers know that I use GB, and if I wear something particularly fetching, they'll ask, "Is that Gwynnie Bee?" When I inevitable say yes, they'll respond, "You should buy this one! It looks great." I've purchased a couple of outfits this way because of the excellent feedback.

Love Hate relationship.

I love that I can rent clothes and send them back or buy them!
I absolutely hate that I can't pause my subscription or even that a portion goes toward the amount I'm buying. I think they just increase the amount to buy it based on the time you have it. I think more would be interested if they were transparent and had set amounts of your monthly subscription that directly gave yourself a discount on items purchased.

I want to cancel

I want to cancel, but is difficult. Every now and again a contemporary piece will roll in and my hopes will come back, but it is super difficult to get those pieces. I plan on canceling for 2020

Tried and True

Really thankful for this service it helps me stay current with trends and takes the guess work out of trying on clothes in stores. Sometimes the clothes received are super worn, faded, or out of season which means I just return them right away. Also I’ve noticed many clothes cycling out of my closet without ever having the chance to try them which in turn means my closet count is fairly low. And finally the 1X 14-16 size seems to be out consistently so it is challenging at times to find new in stock items.

I used to love GB

I used to love GB. Lately, I have been considering canceling my service. I dont like the style of clothing as much anymore. The quality isn't as good. The selection of dresses isn't nearly as abundant. Selection is alot more casual. I used this service for work clothes. Alot if times, the dresses I like arent available to reserve as they are quickly out of my size

I was an early adopter of Gwynnie Bee, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Compared to other clothing clubs, GB lets me decide what items fit my personal style, and I’m charged only after I decide to keep an item.

GB’s customer service is second-to-none. They have always resolved concerns to my satisfaction and fast! And the shipping is always free.

Today, the majority of my wardrobe is from GB! And I continue to get compliments. The pieces are professional, unique, and defy trendiness. One piece of advice: measure, measure, measure! And select sizes truthfully. There is such a wide variety of labels here that each is truly different.

On a more personal note, it means the world to me the GB uses true plus sized models and real wearers. I feel seen and validated as a person who deserves good fashion at any size. Thank you Gwynnie Bee!

Best decision ever

My experience has been a very good one. I love a lot of the items on the site. I've kept the ones I love the most. I am constantly on the clarence site. I buy for myself and a friend. I've told countless people about Gwynee Bee, many are in shock that the items are as good as they are. I checked out your site for two years before signing on. It has been a wonderful experience and very stylush.

A staple in my daily life

I’ve been using Gwynnie Bee since February of 2015. It is a staple in my everyday life, lets me try new things, keeps me professionally dressed for work, and gains me plenty of compliments everyday. It’s a must have for a busy woman, who wants to try new things while sticking to a budget. And who doesn’t love not having to do laundry!?

Good service

Good service, all together. I get compliments on my clothes all the time because they are unique and not found in common stores. I think it’s hard because I live on the opposite side of the country of where they’re based and have to wait awhile for clothes to come sometimes.
