I’ve read a lot of negative reviews, but honestly, many issues seem to come from customers not following the rules like not completing verification, accepting bonuses without finishing the wagering requirements, or not being patient with withdrawals (which can take up to 24 hours). Some even cancel their withdrawals, gamble the money away, and then leave bad reviews. That’s not really fair.

Despite the reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to give this casino a chance. So far, everything has been professional and smooth. I’ve verified my account and completed the wagering requirements without any issues. I also had very pleasant and clear contact with manager Ella, which gave me extra confidence.

This crap casino is a huge scam. Money never shows up on your balance despite you provide them with evidence of deposit. They claim that they reply to emails but they NEVER did. I am still missing my money for the equivilant of €58 and this has been over 2 years so far. They have a fake licence and they NEVER pay out your winnings if you win at all. I bet for sure the slots are rigged as well and running on fake servers. Give your money to charity instead of these crooks at least you will fell good afterwards.

I did a lot of deposits and they don't give me any decent bonuses. The only thing you get is a bonus with a 40x wager, which is ridiculous.

I even have a 'VIP' manager named Andy who is supposed to answer my questions. It takes him 13 hours to react and when he finally does, it’s not even an answer to my question.

If posted a new review on tristpilot which they gonna publice in a few hours.

You guys left notice on Trustpilot that I could contact customer service on my first review. As you can see I did several attempts since that day. Unfortunatelly untill today no response, no agreement, and no money back.....

As you can see in the attached screenshot a total refund (claim) of 450 euro has been made.......I really don t understand why gxbet is not willing to refund my deposits.!?

Really disappointed and I definatelly mean everywhere word written in my new review on Trustpilot.
