Great communication and rushed to do my daughter's order for her birthday

My daughter absolutely loves her chalk buddy and handstand bar. Even with fantastic packaging, the handstand bar had got damaged during transit unfortunately. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and sent out a new one for her which arrived perfectly. Thank you!

My daughter is very happy with the products from Gymatics. The quality is excellent and everything feels well made.
Her absolute favorites are the ChalkBuddys – she loves them! The wristbands are also great: they are comfortable, nice and thick, long enough, and very easy to wash so they are ready again for the next training at the gym.
Andrew is a very kind person who is always open to questions. He thinks along with you and helps wherever he can, which we really appreciate.
The international shipping is incredibly fast. We have never experienced such quick delivery from another brand that ships internationally.

The product looks good and matches what I ordered. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it arrived 2 days late. I wish they had a faster shipping method. I understand that for now, shipping to Mexico is through the postal service.

ChalkBuddy is a must have for any gymnast! Not only are they super cute to look at, they are extremely functional. I ordered x2 batches of x20 pcs of branded ChalkBuddys for my business, the first batch was good, second batch not so good. I sent photos to the company showing them all the defects. There was ripples, dents, marks and lots of sharp bits, which only had to be sanded to make soft. More importantly, they packed these items up to a potentially big customer knowing that these products were defected and not up to standard. This went on for a few days and the company blamed the type of 3d filament that was used, which was the colour they suggested first of all. What didn’t make sense though is that the first batch was good. In the end, we agreed to change colour and filament, and they reluctantly sent replacements which was fine and I appreciated. As a small business owner myself I completely understand that some things are trial and error, but I would never send faulty items to any customer, especially not a wholesale customer who is showcasing my brand.

Anyway, they did send replacements which I was grateful for, and these were much better.

A few weeks later, I contacted them again to place another order and was completely ignored.

Unfortunately this sums this company up, very unprofessional.
