Another update, still haven’t gotten ahold of Jess the “customer service agent” in months and still have no received my product we are going on 3 months now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I orderd on October 2019 the items…
I orderd on October 2019 the items arrvied december but the size was way to short as it should be so i sended it back for a lot of money to get a bigger size, on January 2020 i got an Email that my new items has been shipped.
Now its 25.06.2020 and my items are still not here, no customer service available, neither their website, facebook, instagram or per Email.
DONT BUY THERE IT´S SCAM!

Ive emailed these people over ten times…
Ive emailed these people over ten times and yet to get a reply back. This company is so shady. The customer service is non-existent its been 2 months and still no product that i ordered. SCAM! Do not order from this company

SCAM * Buyer Beware *
I ordered an item (hoodie) from this site on October 4th 2019 and as of this date
February 22nd 2020 I have still not received it.
I have written several emails to gymbestmusic.com and have been told that they have
Been having shipping problems.
You would think that if this is a reputable company they would have straightened this
Problem out by now, almost 5 months later.
I also checked the website again today and it reports that my order is in transit which it
Has said for the past two months.
Be VERY careful if you plan on doing business with this company.

STILL NOT HERE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a hoodie in December 2019, paid for it, now it's February 2020 and no hoodie, they won't respond to my emails, no communication whatsoever. They are still running their business though!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a hoodies and it has not been delivered yet.
On October 19, 2019 I ordered a hoodies and to this day, December 30, 2019, it has not been delivered yet.
I wrote to them twice, but the answers were the same - they had a lot of work.
I think they're just scammers!

They earned a lifelong customer
I ordered few things from Gym Music and the customer support contacted me to check the sizes before shipping items. I was extremely pleased with that. As I paid for priority, they shipped items the same day. Overall a great experience, they keep you up to date and their stuff has awesome quality and fit.
