The website is so insanely buggy for the price!! not worth it. super unprofessional. Otherwise would be a great programm!

I was charged simultaneously for both monthly and quarterly subscriptions. found out and cancelled subscriptions. still being charged. sent documented banks statements detailing all of this to them. still haven't refunded. I am going to CFPB

Signed up for a 7-day free trial on December 27th. Was charged early before the trial period ended. Would love to cancel—except I literally cannot log in. Tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, cleared cache, nothing works.

Tried to contact support. The email listed on their website doesn't even receive messages—it bounces. Sent a cancellation request anyway. No response.

So to summarize: they took my payment info, charged me before they were supposed to, provide a service I cannot access, and offer no functioning way to cancel or get help.

I see other reviewers here describing the exact same experience—payments taken, no access, support completely unresponsive. This isn't a one-off technical issue, it's a pattern.

It doesn't matter if the programming methodology is legit (although how could I possibly know??) if the company operates like this. Dispute filed with my bank. Avoid.

GymnasticBodies took my payment for a yearly subscription and I haven’t been able to access any courses. They have not replied to my emails or Facebook messages. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an online school. It’s an absolute disgrace.

Their customer support is non-existent. I canceled my subscription in 2022 via email, yet they’ve billed me $176 twice since then and again this year. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and messenger, I’ve received no response. While I initially enjoyed the videos (since 2016), I never progressed beyond the beginner level—it gets overly technical, and advanced levels require elite fitness.

This lack of support is deeply disappointing. I doubt Coach Sommer intended this to become a scam, but that’s what it feels like now. Reinstating customer support is essential—keeping money without offering any service is unacceptable. After paying over $1,700, I can’t even get basic questions answered. The videos are outdated, and someone is profiting without effort. It’s a shame.

I've used this for over 5-6 years now.. it's been a huge financial burden for someone like me to keep this up and once my subscription ended ubruptly.. the programs I paid extra for were just gone and now I'm left with some stretching videos.. The site itself is outdated.. for the price and the fact that you don't keep any of the stuff you paid a fortune for.. I only moved to the site because the gym closed. Overall, I just don't think it's worth it. I have since, found other people & places online teaching the same things for free. Times are changing $600+ a year isn't going to be realistic much longer

I cancelled an annual subscription having enjoyed the course for 2 years. Unfortunately I was debited again this last August 2023. I have emailed support 5 times and used FB messenger and Instagram to message this company…3 weeks later no reply. I notice there is no way to write a Google Review…no surprise. I seem to have been scammed!
